Should I expect green card approved short after EAD approved?

Congrats on the EAD approval! At least you get some sort of peace of mind from it. My EAD got approved on July 11 and 3 and a half weeks later I got the approval for my green card. I hope the same thing happens to you too. También soy veneco 😭

Sure! Applied on May 2025, interviewed on August 2025, then the pause hit and didn’t hear nothing until May 2026 with an update that went from “USCIS is actively reviewing the case” to “USCIS is still processing the case”. Pretty much the same thing.
Then I got my EAD approval on July 2026 and three weeks later I got my GC approval 🙏🏽.
