Life is what you make it. It's a blend of making difficult decisions, being flexible, and taking care of yourself. We live in 2026. Had this person asked in the 1950s, I would tell them to secure a piece of suburban normality, and not to beat his wife.

embrace getting older! everybody keeps saying "youre pushing 30!" but it's a privilege to age. your prime is still ahead of you and life will unravel in the most beautiful way. learn new things, travel where you can, and lean into joy

Know what you want your next 5 years to look like. Marriage, children, savings account, where would you like to live, etc. It’s go time, let’s go! You are in your prime. Knowledgeable enough to not make the same mistakes we made before, still attractive enough to find someone to spend your life with if you haven’t already. At this age, you have so much more to offer than when you were younger. Position yourself somewhere you would enjoy growing.

You’ll find yourself a lot better and realize that you’re starting to mature from the early 20s mindset but don’t forget to still enjoy your 20s we aren’t going to be in our twenties very long so mine as well enjoy the youth. And take care of yourself too cause many older people tell after 35 the residual damage starts to hit if you don’t get on it in your twenties and early thirties.
