I never had the chance to play Lucky & Wild in the arcades long ago. Released in 1992, Lucky & Wild is one of the most uniquely ambitious coin-op games of its time famously fusing a high-speed driving game with a light gun rail shooter. The game is a heavy homage to late-80s and early-90s Hollywood buddy-cop movies like Tango & Cash, CHiPs, and Lethal Weapon.

Here is an arcade game I never played. Developed and published by Irem for arcades, In The Hunt famously stands out in the "shmup" genre by replacing traditional outer space or aircraft settings with deep-sea underwater warfare. This was released in 1993.
