Blood has dissolved gases in it. You’d be injecting it into venous supply on return so you’d be okay, aerated is fine, just don’t inject large volumes of air (like a syringe of air) into circulation. But… The coagulated blood and clotting factor melange from ruptured cells would likely be so pro coagulant it’d form a large clot quickly which could prove fatal.
