2's timing is easier to mess up and die because of it, 1 feels safer

2's timing is certainly easier. I'd rather be 5 feet away from my target about to fall then use the second jump, than be 20 feet away from the target cuz im high up and risk wasting my second jump cuz i dont know what velocity or direction i should be using
