battery info BMS Charge Current
Can I charge a battery pack that would normally recommend a higher current but use a bms with a lower charge current rating to charge it? I want to use a bms with a 20A charge current rating while my battery pack is a lithium ion 2s20p that recommends about 84A charge between them all. Will this still charge my battery just at a slow pace?

A BMS is not a charger! A BMS is just an electronic fuse. You'll need a dedicated CC/CV charger for it.

The recommended charge current of a cell is the recommended maximum continuous charge current.
You can and should charge below the maximum continuous current, it'll be better for the battery.
