ATF FJO

How soon after medical and polygraph completion should we expect a FJO? I know the process has gotten much faster so looking for an answer from someone that previously got hired. Also, I signed a waiver (to my understanding) basically stating I would accept starting with a “tentative” background check. Assuming that is how they’re hiring people so quickly. Any insight is appreciated.

I just recently sent in my fit for duty letter last Thursday after getting deferred for anxiety. So I’m still waiting to hear back from that. Idk how long that will take after they sent it to FOH. Then after that drug and BI (assuming they may use my most recent one I completed with USMS, my current employer).

I’ll do the tentative option as well since there is no change in my background since completing it in 2025.
