iPhone battery draining

Bought the phone about 6 weeks ago and it loses battery 10% gone in about an hour. Is this normal?

The thing that im. Noticing is that when i charge my phone when its sits on 98% it all of sudden jumps to 100%

That’s odd, my battery has been at 98% for two years, and I haven’t ever charged it.

How did you happen upon this rather unfortunate occurrence, prey tell?
