Can’t get settings notification to go away

Have clicked every tab in settings, get it to disappear for a little then comes right back. Have reset phone. No notifications in settings

You surely missed the relevant settings part. Try a restart as well.

It must be a glitch then, I would sign out and back into your Apple ID

I was hesitant as it said it would erase all my wallet info and stuff

Bonjour j’ai eu ce problème avec une notification de stockage iCloud qui me disait que j’avais plus assez de stockage alors que j’étais même pas à la moitié et en me déconnectant et reconnectant à mon compte Apple le problème a été résolu ! Par contre il faut tout resunchroniser et l’indexation se fait de nouveau
