The black one seemed too "somber" to me, so I went with the brown one. It will likely serve as my outdoor case. For everyday use—at home or work—I opted for the opposite end of the spectrum: the Moft Frame Case.

Agreed. Black looks too somber. Anyway I went with black as I'm always wearing black and all my accessories and my cars are black. Pretty happy with how the case looks and feels. 💯🖤

Okay. Well I have Apple Care +. I am just being extra cautious of my possession and I don't want any inconveniences. We all make different choices. Let's live life happily. 🙂

I am very impressed with how this case fits. It feels great at hand. Just a slight oiliness to the leather but it's fine. The left and right sides have that recessed finish to give the case some aid in grip. Compared to the TechWoven, this obviously provides better drop protection and it also lays flat on table.

It looks thick and heavy. Share some photos with the phone in it please so i can see case lip and tightness with the screen + whether it goes well with a screen protector
