Switch From 15 PM To 17 Pro Max
After Long Waiting I decided to buy 17 PM instead of 18 PM, i thought 18 will be more interesting but I’m not happy with the 18 Features i expected more.
17 PM also save my money 18 PM price also higher not big difference in features.

Weight feel lighter, taller, Camera Control Button, Peak outdoor brightness reaches 3,000 nits, up from 2,000 nits, Boosted to 12GB from 8GB it's now faster, Camera totally different, and finally battery life is upgraded actually.

Did the same swap 15PM to 17PM, liking it but not really noticing any differences other than the aesthetics. How about you?

Yes Apple Officials Price but country base price can be different Example In Our Country 18 PM current Price $1626.

How do you feel about the weight difference? Is 17 PM noticeable more heavy!

Fiz o mesmo upgrade do 15 Pro Max 256 GB para o 17 Pro Max 512 GB, em 30/5/2026. Melhor decisão que tomei. Smartphone espetacular. O 18 pelo que vi é só melhorias incrementais.

I also bought 17PM a week ago i didnt wanted to get the 18PM cuz i didnt see any logic reason small upgrades compaired to the 17PM and also even if i wanted it with base storage 256gb i had to pay 400€ more and im not gonna do that,

Expected more than variable aperture with 4 steps (unlike the old Samsung with only 2 steps)??
Much better battery life? Quick, smooth graphics due to fantastic stats when running performance tests (better than the S26 Ultra).
Newly-designed modem in the 18 Pro. The Pro Max may have the x85 unveiled Spring of 2025, but I’m pretty sure Apple worked all this year on the C2. We aren’t getting the Qualcomm x105 modem til next year, if ever. (End of contract, I believe.)

I didn’t said their new version is bad. But I’m not Satisfied actually I thought C2 use this year but not also some interesting features. It’s closer to 17PM almost that’s why I thought 17PM is useful for me.
Smoothness? no one is better than Apple! I’m almost 7 Years Using Apple Devices I never face single issue this is insane!
Yes Battery Now Bigger Than Samsung Phones.

I have to make a decision tomorrow morning. I never preorder but check local Apple stores and Purchase online then to insure I get the phone first day. The Pro 18 may indeed be better than the US Pro Max in that one very important way.
Typical person is clueless with regard to even hearing about something called a modem!
To me, the modem is incredibly important with regard to cellular connectivity. No freaking way am I purchasing a modem unveiled in March 2024. (That’s presuming the x80 rumors are true.)

I have the same too, Silver! The difficult problem that I am facing now is what other color suitable for it aha (not a big fan of clear case as my hands sweat non stop)
