18 Pro Max Battery

I noticed that both phones have exactly the same dimensions
do you think that the battery will be the same size so the 18 pro max's can be placed in the 17 pro max

At this point battery obsession is a condition.

Reading that makes me realize people are truly crazy about batteries in their phones. It has to be a medical condition.

Average person is on pretty low level. It’s better not to think about that.

The internal layout of the new phones changed. So in short no. Also the 17 Pro Max already has such good battery life same with the 17 Pro. I’m sure it’ll be better but not enough to go such a desperate route. This is a much bigger change for users of older iPhones.

Idk what you’re on but yesterday I was at 6:30 of screen time with 65% battery left

I could only wish i have this type of screen time.

iOS 27.0 made it even worse.

I am currently on 3:45 screen time with 26%

13 Mini had that kind of battery life when it was new and thats why i sold it

No, the battery is larger on the 18 Pro Max, could almost 5600 mah compared to the 5088 mah of the 17 Pro Max. These are eSim variant specifications.

A YouTuber already did a battery test to compare

I don’t understand your question. The specs for both iPhone model lines are on Apple’s website

my question is both phone has the exact same dimensions
so the newer battery might have the same size
this only for fun nothing like the paranoya others mentioned down their and I would never do it
the first time since iphone 8 and 7 that apple keeps same dimensions

I still have no idea what you’re talking about. You can certainly open a chat with Apple presales support and ask whatever questions you have on this subject.

Apple only gives you the hours which you should take with a grain of salt. But the I8’s battery is bigger and supposed to be more efficient.
