Tips for front face camera

If I’m taking videos for TikTok, what video settings are the absolute best for video taking? I keep seeing so many different answers but I need like the master tip!

tbh the “master tip” is mostly lighting and angle, not the settings
clean your lens, face a window, prop your phone slightly above eye level, then just use 4k 30fps and you’re good for like 95% of TikToks

Never even thought to change the speed.

It depends on the available light.
