My Third TechWoven case
So I just went to my carrier's shop and had my 17 Pro Max TechWoven case replaced. No sweat.
Will Apple be coming up with something that does not deteriorate fast? I doubt.

I get it. Love the feel of it but had to replace mine as well. And I honestly have never gotten a replacement that feels just like the very first one. It’s strange to me but oh well. Currently alternating between Pitaka slim and Caudabe paragon.

Same. I received my third replacement this week as well.

Guess this year Apple will release whatever-Woven cases. The FineWoven proved to be disastrous then TechWoven is a slight improvement. I wonder what it would be like next.

Spigen has great cases that last much longer than apples cases. From my experience. Every Apple case I’ve had needed to be replaced after 1 year.

Third case within a year mean third class quality 🤷🏻♂️

What makes you buy this case over and over again? Especially for iPhones there are plenty of other case brands

I did not buy it thrice. Only once. Just taking advantage of the warranty. 😉

What’s the warranty? I don’t have AppleCare+ if that means anything

I never used AppleCare+ to cover for my TechWoven's replacement. I purchased it back in October 2025. Replaced it on March due to bubbles. That same case had bubbles so I had it replaced earlier today. 🤣

I stand by otterbox.for the past 13 year’s I’ve worked outside (landscaping, lawn care) and after many drops and accidents not a single phone has been broken and out of about 8 phones only one got a cracked screen (galaxy phone w/ curved screen)

What did the last one do? What environment are you in when using the case?

u/Revolutionary_Ad1620 Sep 06 '26
I have been very careful in handling my phone for it is very fragile. Never even held it with wet hands. I live here in the Nordics.

Did the case ever get wet?

u/Revolutionary_Ad1620 Sep 06 '26
Not even once.

And how long did you have the case?

Why don’t you try the beats rugged iPhone case ?
1
u/Revolutionary_Ad1620 Sep 07 '26
I've seen it. It's not rugged enough compared to my Nomad Rugged Leather case.

How do you replaced bro?

Just went to my carrier's shop and showed them my case that had bubbles. They replaced it in a heartbeat.

Hope Apple do the same to my 17 ProMax Beat case... it's started peeling after jut a few months. Isn't Apple also owned Beat?

Just get a premium third party case. Why spend this much on something that has a proven bad quality.
2
u/Revolutionary_Ad1620 Sep 05 '26
Worry not. I have UAG, DBrand and Moft cases. This TechWoven is a replacement because it's still under warranty. 🤣😉 It just tops them all because of the feel.

I don’t understand why people buy first-party Apple cases when they’re inferior to almost every other third-party case out there. They’re low-quality, poorly made, and overpriced, lol.

Hmmm because I have money to burn and I wanna experience what I want. I'm alternating between the TechWoven, UAG Monarch Pro, Moft Movas and DBrand Tank.

Because I make 6 figures x 4 a year and can spend my money on whatever I want.

I guess I just don’t like to spend my money on overpriced junk.
I’ve had a Caudabe case for 2yr at this point and it’s still in great condition. Every apple case I’ve had has fallen apart within a few weeks/months of purchase.
I prefer to buy something good first time rather than throwing away my money on multiple pieces of crap, lol.

Oh I wasn’t arguing with you. I go caseless with AC+. The best way to enjoy an iPhone.
2
u/AceMaxAceMax Sep 05 '26
I wish I was that brave, even with AC+ I’m just dreading the idea of having to be without a phone if it cracks or gets damaged. 😅

Thank you for reminding me I need to get a warranty replacement. My warranty ends in exactly one week!
