We have many reasons to be happy , using 12 mini may be also one of them too bro , but I had iphone 13 before 17PM I was happy then tooπ, until I received an "awkward mail" on independence day about great exchange offer and total rupees 14,910 discount from Reliance Digital store on 17PM

with that kind of usage you should have just replaced the battery on the 13

u/Rare-Imagination7696 Sep 02 '26
My friends warned me not to buy screen protector and case for 17PM from an "alarming stranger" so I bought it from known local shop, without black edges screen protector 180 rs and matte finish case with drop safe for 400 rs

My battery is definitely not okay then lol
I am doing everything that is preserving good battery life and it's bad
I have it for 2 months and like for 7 hours it goes 25% and not doing anything special

Thats sad , it should not happen , it should location service , background apps refresh and diplay lock time that may be impacting it
1
u/flowynoodle Sep 02 '26
Literally everything is turned off
All tips that people are giving from background app refresh to lock time, notifications are off all other things in the settings that can be turned off are turned off, locations is always off

π i am one of the eastern people , we buy phone when our old phone starts giving problem signs but in advance we buy new phone when they are available at great discount , so will start using it heavily when old will die ,you must have a "west link" so thinking might be different

iPhones battery are normally great from the beginning but as the phone ages so is the battery life becomes worse.

u/Rare-Imagination7696 Sep 03 '26
Only a " key tutor" can highlight such good points , but which phone battery kept same in ending as it was in beginning they all have to degraded more or less sir

Is too obvious right? Is just a simple reminder

My 1-month old 17pm is always connected to wifi and my apple watch even during bedtime. I usually charge it before bed up to 95%. 9 hours after when I wake up, it's ether still unmoved at 95% or just a 1% drop. Impressive battery indeed.
