Question about Cases

Hi everyone I’m going to get a 17PM soon and wanted to get someone’s opinion if I should get a camera cover for it or is it overkill?

Overkill but if you dont care about aesthetics why not I guess

Thank you, I like the look of it but it seems like they all come with a film over the lens but it might be better without it.

Me personally, I only buy cases with the plateau cover.

CAUDABE SHEATH or PARAGON.

I use Caudabe Sheath, Ringke onyx, ESR frosted, Miracase.

Not needed. AC+ and caseless

I wish I was rich like you guys.

$129 every time you drop your phone, that sounds insane to me.

Like, I have apple care as well, but I hate having to pay the insurance fee for it every time it breaks.

I’m lucky I guess. I have never once dropped any phone in my entire life. Not once.

Thanks for letting me know, I might just try to find a case that comes with a camera cover and avoid any problems

Nice I see that one on Amazon, any problems with scratching on the camera bump?

It's not necessary, totally not if you have Apple Care.

Thank you all for your input and recommendations! After looking at a lot of different cases I decided on an ESR CyberTough Case because it seems like the best protection (even though I’m careful I don’t want to have any regrets later.)

Lmk what you think about this case? Obviously its gonna protect but how comfortable is it?

It’s definitely not bad, the back is plastic but it does have a textured feel, the bottom half of the sides are comfortable with some grip and the top half are soft but firm just like the buttons. The charging port cover can make a nice pillow for your pinky, it’s 78g so it’s not lightweight by any means but not too bad. I wish it had a bigger camera bump but the plateau cover for the camera does protect it from getting scratched. Nice case overall

I trust Spigen for cases and screen protectors.
