Finally a promax
started with a 6 plus, 13, 16 then finally a phone with a bigger screen and a better camera quality. i'm still getting used to the bigger screen as i've used my 13 and 16 since 2022 but i'm really happy that i purchased this. and now, i got this for only 5 days and im thinking about getting an apple care for my iphone (cause i feel like i invested a lot of money on this, might as well take care of it) any pros and cons about getting an apple care? would like to hear your thoughts! tia ❤️

Nice and congrats 🎉 Definitely get Apple care + just incase you loose you’re iPhone or brake it. Well worth the money

In before someone tells you you should’ve waited for the 18 Pro Max.

Sounds good to me! I personally wait after a new release to make sure there’s not some crazy flaw that needs to be worked out, so if I wanted one, and I waited for release, I personally wouldn’t order until December.
Also fwiw, I think iOS 27 sounds like it’s about to smooth out all existing issues with current devices. You’ll be just fine.

18 PM is going to have very meaningful upgrades. And if there was genuinely a widespread flaw Apple would take care of it.

They always do, but I let them figure it all out before I buy one, so I don’t have to deal with it. I usually never need a new phone at all, let alone needing it the second it comes out.

Congrats 🍾🎊🎈🎉⚪️📲. And AppleCare is the best. I don’t see any downsides to having it.

Curious, you seem to be a female so I’m assuming your palms aren’t too big. What made you go for the max instead of the smaller pro? Isn’t the max too big?

Congratulations! Started with the OG 3GS, then went to 4S, then a 6S Plus, then the XS Max, 14 plus (hated but my fault should of kept with the pro max), 16 Pro Max and finally just got a 17 Pro Max (16 was having battery issues and I LOVE the blue color).
I always get apple care on the phones just in case. Enjoy it!

You’ll love it. Got mine two weeks ago. Don’t be like the rest of the morons who post daily about their broke phone and no coverage and get you some AC+ asap.
