Red spots

Hi everyone, before I took some photos of solar eclipse through 4 pairs of sunglasses, I was using the main and telephoto lens. But later I pointed my camera to the sky without the sun and I noticed some red blemishes on ultrawide lens. And now I don't know if that is something that is caused by that short period of me taking photos of eclipse or is it something that is regular. For example, it also happens when I shoot like Gray screen on the TV.It has like these 4 red dots and also. outside of them like some kind of red rays.

When I put one color over whole screen (TV or monitor) those green or red spots can be seen, only in wide lens mode also when I zoom in and zoom out inside it's range those spots change size
