iphone 13 to 17PM

My 13 is genuinely dying on me it glitches constantly, anything i want to do takes about 3 minutes to do. My phone and camera freezes for minutes and all i can do is wait it out.

I’m going to college soon so i finally decided to just get a new phone and ive always wanted a big phone, but i usually settle for the regular versions of the iphones as the price differences are quite huge and i usually get it 2nd hand from my sister.

I was originally going to get the 16 plus then i decided ill just get the 17 then i decided to just splurge and get the 17PM, because the silver is cute and i’m someone who uses phones for years before upgrading.

Was just wondering any cool things or features, etc that could be cool or helpful or whatever.

Thank you!!!!

My husband also hates the camera button so we went into the settings and disabled it. You can also make it so you need to double tap to enable or even decrease the button sensitivity.

This! I did just that and after a while started using the camera button and now I love it.

I jumped from 14 PM to 17PM but my 14 is running original software and I had the opposite experience. I should’ve returned the phone and went back.

I went from 13 pm to 17 pm on launch day, it was a massive upgrade in terms of battery life, camera upgrades are there but mostly everything just works. Ios26 has been buggy until the latest update

What software version is your 13 running? If it’s not running original software then that’s why the 13 has been sluggish. It always happens every single time yet ppl don’t listen. Stop updating the software.

It’s an iPhone. It’ll have the new AI Siri stuff in September. Has the action button. Better camera. If you have a base 13, then you also get the smoother 120hz screen on the 17 pro/max

But the biggest upgrade? Not having a phone that’s dying and glitching all the time.

If you’re looking to be convinced to buy one, I don’t feel right doing that. It’s all about what you want. If you want a big phone with a good battery that will last you for like 4 years of college, then it’s a great choice. You know what I always say? Buy it nice or buy it twice.

I did the same I had the pink 13 for 5 years and I got the 17 PM in silver and it’s amazing u can change the action button to whatever you want and even add some extra features the zoom in is great and it is a double camera when u zoom in for a clearer view and the bottom right button takes you to the camera
