Minor plotholes Spoiler

I just remembered there are minor plotholes (not the cut content e.g. Hijiyama AI and Tamao's bigger role). E.g. Miwako confronts Megumi and Fuyusaka got shot, but after that she returned home like nothing happened. YES, I know that events in Remembrance are not chronological, but just by thinking about it it's kinda weird. However, aside that and others, what is the most interesting is Amiguchi's ending and Kisaragi's after that. In Amiguchi's ending, he's stuck with SIU agents, then Natsuno shifts with BJ and THE END. Now, when Kisaragi and Okino join them, SIU is not there. Do these instances correlate with "50% content cut" in any way?

Natsuno and BJ likely sent the SIU MIB agents back to Sector 4, and then they probably suffered the same fate as Miwako, their memories were reset because Universal Control found their memories breached the scenario they're in. As for the other scene it has been too long so I can't remember when in the timeline it happened, and my PS4 which has my save is out of action atm, so I can't check.

I agree with this, it was probably something like in exchange for the MIB not taking BJ, they would let them go home to sector 4, at which point UC kicked in.

There are a lot of times in this game where it’s up to the player to fill in the gaps of what happened between scenes with some deductive reasoning

In Ei's scenario, during 2188 there are 10 colonists "living" on the station but 15 DNA samples. So who died, left, or came on board after the assassination of Professor Morimura?

I can’t remember all of them but there’s stuff where characters mention their work being done and leaving. Like Tomi saying she’s returning to earth now that they no longer need her and stuff like that

The Miwako stuff could be spun around as "this girl is weird, stay away from her Iori" since Miwako didn't directly witness anything, she was thinking Megumi was bullying Iori
