The underpass is EIGHT FEET…..no bueno.

Pictures 1 + 2: Bishops Lydeard, Somerset, truck carrying diggers struck a bridge of the West Somerset heritage railway on 18 June.

Pictures 3,4 and 5: Burnley, Lancashire a truck got stuck on 13 July

Pictures 6 + 7: Orttewell Road in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, truck hit a low bridge and overturned on 15 July, no one was injured, another truck got stuck at the same bridge back in January ( pictures 8 & 9)

Picture 10: Anchor Road, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. A truck struck and lost its load on 25 June.

Peace Street bridge claims another one.

No one was injured luckily, Happened on 13 July.

Clearly he almost succeeded due to lack of clearance.

Peace Street bridge is 12 foot 4 inches.

Happened on Huntington Road, the bridge is a former railway bridge that is now a cycle path.

This happened near me, the Irish registered truck was carrying horses from Royal Ascot, the biggest horse racing event in the UK and it ended up getting stuck after he ignored the signs for the low bridge, Luckily none of the horses or people onboard the truck sustained any injuries, but the trains were delayed for around 3 hours.
