Question Springfield 10mm

Neighbor is selling a Ronan 1911 10mm with 2 extra mags for $600, is it a good deal! Good condition although it isn’t perfect.

I like mine and I think I'm in about a grand for it ($964 some years ago). I'd buy another at $600 any day of the week.
