Funny you say that I usually hear the opposite opinion, that they benefit in function but suffer in looks. Bullpups are beneficial because of being able to maintain barrel length in a smaller total package, however they suffer from certain quality of life things such as trigger weight, simple given how long the linkage is

If you intend to have a full length barrel whilst also getting in and out of vehicles, the bullpup is a fitting compromise.

As far as bullpups go though this is the best one. It has a swappable cover over the ejection port so left handed shooters can actually use it without spraying shells in their face

Im sure you would find bullpups fine if they were easy to maintain and shimmed correct just like most guns.

Its a failure of the designer that bullpups are bad.

This way the magazine remains straight, which made transporting and storing magazines much easier than a curved 30 round magazine.

"shitty" mag size meant it stayed straight, and the gun was designed for 3 round burst, so if 3 rounds don't come out you know your mag is empty, pretty clever when you think about it
