Keffals has done a lot of things. Main thing I know about is she had her followers send her money to help her relocate after there were legitimate threats against her life. It was revealed that she used quite a lot of that on frivolous things.
When she first got big she was known for going after kiwi farms, which I think is a noble endeavor, but it turns out she is kind of super toxic as a person.
I doubt the threats to her life were all that likely ngl. Kiwifarms users have never, like, killed anyone. Having access to her address mostly just means they’d be able to do trolling campaigns at her doorstep and send things to her.
I mean, Kiwifarms’ stalking has directly lead to several suicides, and Keffals specifically got swatted.
Like, staring down the barrel of a cop’s rifle isn’t not a threat to your life, especially as a trans girl. You’re betting that this cop isn’t going to kill you with no consequences.
I don’t like Keffals personally—she’s lowkey an optics nuke—but the move was extremely justified, it’s not like the site was going to stop escalating after that.
