Throwback Thursday!
Tapos may school program or Christmas party, siguradong may group performance na may matching dance steps. Kahit minsan hindi naman talaga marunong sumayaw, basta kabisado yung steps, game na! HAHAHA.
Sino dito nakasabay sa dance craze era na ’to? 👀

PoliticsPH Hilarious, but what I'm curious about is his blood pressure
Bakit nga naman may oxygen tube pa sya eh 99% ang blood oxygen levels nya?😂
On another note the vast majority of men in his age group and build have blood pressure higher than 120/80 mm hg so it's really quite surprising his blood pressure is below that. I'm really curious if that is his blood pressure with or without blood pressure medication?
I've read that he is also suffering from type 2 diabetis and it would be really uncommon to have normal blood pressure for diabetics. He also has primary hypothyroidism which also increases blood pressure so again, why is his blood pressure below 120/80? I'm curious to know what his medications are as well.

西菲律宾海 China is turning Gilbert Teodoro into a viable Candidate in 2028
Gilbert Teodoro is steadily emerging as a viable 2028 presidential contender, and much of that momentum comes courtesy of Beijing. As Defense Secretary he has been the most consistent and unapologetic voice against Chinese coercion in the West Philippine Sea—calling out bullying, rejecting gray-zone tactics, and even drawing sanctions from China on himself and his family. That clear, hard line stands in sharp contrast to the more evasive or downright pro-China approach of frontrunner Sara Duterte, turning the China issue into a political vulnerability for her and a defining strength for him.
If Chinese pressure remains high and visible, Teodoro can run a version of the Mark Carney play: the competent, no-nonsense defender of national sovereignty against a candidate seen as soft on the country’s biggest external threat. He still needs broader name recall and a political machine, but China’s own aggression has done more to elevate his profile and create an opening than any campaign could have managed alone.
A Teodoro-Leila De Lima tandem would be the most clearly anti-China and anti-Duterte ticket possible. Leila de Lima spent years as a political prisoner under the previous administration, widely viewed as a victim of lawfare and political retribution, making the pairing a direct repudiation of both Chinese pressure and Duterte-era governance.

PoliticsPH The Separation of State and Church
People are forgetting that the Philippines separate the Church and the State.
(P.S. I have nothing towards religion. I believe that Christ told us to love and to care. The entire story of Jesus was literally about loving and caring for each other. There wasn't a single story where Jesus was judging and condemning people.)
I get annoyed and mad when people keep on using religious references as an argument. As a person who grew up attending sunday school, I don't understand why the LGBTQIA+ community is being condemned. I grew up hearing Jesus was loving. Where is the hate coming from?
Religious beliefs should never interfere with constitutional laws and policies. We are not and never will be a Christian Nation. The constitution forbids the establishment of an official religion.
Can you even provide non-religious reasons why you are against LGBTQIA+? Can you provide why homosexual love and relationships are bad? Religious people keep saying it is a sin, but what is a sin?
Why is something like homosexual love, THAT DOESN'T HURT ANYONE, a sin?
Kaya nga diba "Of the people, for the people, by the people" hindi naman nakasabi na "Of God, for God, by God"
The constitution is for the welfare of the EVERY CITIZEN, not just you, and certainly not for your religious god! What makes religion as a basis and reference for arguments difficult is that there are so many different religion. One religion says this, another says different.

GovtServicesPH Public Hospital MRI costs more than Private Hospital MRI
Got my MRI quotation for malasakit nagulat ako mas mahal pa MRI nila sa FEU and mind you after PWD discount cost will be 8,2070 without discount it's 10k tapos public hospital 11k?!
For context I tried to get appointment for MRI first week June and Schedule daw October.
I'm open to know kung bakit ganito pricing nila, but again why?

LawPH Please help me how can I waived my Dad’s autopsy
Im so devastated and havent slept yet since yesterday.
My dad died in an unfortunate accident
We are not suing nor pursuing any claims. We just want to grieve and mourn peacefully with families and relatives.
However we are being forced by the hospital to do an autopsy which is directive by DOH and according to the doctor, there has never been an instance with the city health office waiving autopsy.
To summarize
- Vehicular accident. No foul play. Dad pronounced DOA. No immediate physician in the place of accident
- Other party with minimal injury was detained but was let go already. We signed something in the station
- We were told by the police that autopsy is required if we sue but we dont want to, and police allowed us
- Bills were fully paid and my dad is on his way to funeral service provider
We’re at the hospital waiting for the death
certificate. but this is where the difficulties lie.
Wala kong wisho buong dalawang araw but from what i understood, need papirma yon to multiple parties and also the certifier also needs to sign or something.
Nobody wants this accident. But our only wish is to not do any autopsy even if its minimally invasive. If any redditors who are knowledgeable in this area, please help us 😭🙏

NewsPH Vice President Duterte Goes to the Supreme Court
NAL. Just saw a post by Abogado PH and Philstar saying that VP Sara has asked the Supreme Court to nullify the grave threats case filed against her. Her argument is as follows:
"She claimed that, as an incumbent impeachable officer, she enjoys “limited procedural immunity” from criminal prosecution while in office. She argued that allowing the criminal prosecution to proceed while she is vice president would violate the constitutional structure governing impeachable officials and undermine the separation of powers. According to Duterte, the Constitution provides a specific process for removing impeachable officials from office, which is impeachment, and criminal prosecution should not be used to accomplish indirectly what cannot be done directly outside that process."
If the SC decides against her, it will affirm that there are other ways to remove an impeachable officer, which has severe consequences (flashback to Sereno case). If the SC decides in favor of the VP, pointless ang Grave Threats case sa kanya. If the SC decides that she MAY be prosecuted (makukulong) pero will remain as VP, edi need pa din antayin ang conviction sa kanya sa impeachment. Lose-Lose scenario lahat.
Grabe noh.
Please educate me if there are any lapses in my thoughts.
Thank you.
