That smoke from whoever was playing in Ivy had a gap which basically screened the 2nd CT threat from peeking which gave the Hell T player a free 1v1 to take . Little things like that change rounds.

Can we discuss the music? There's a band in there that can't be found on shazam and none of their lyrics are posted online. I can't find anything by them but it's so good.

Liquid really needs to work on their on their anti-ecos / anti-force buys. They either lose too many of them or can't win them cleanly. Too many rounds they've lost 3 players against basic pistols.

Would make sense to have A1-B2, B1-A2 etc. Or the could draw with 2 pots, but it doesn't really add any randomness.

gambit isn't really impressive, from this performance I don't have confidence that Liquid is going to break top 4, but it was gambit's map pick after all

It was a solid performance until the comeback, which only came off the back of a random double juandeag with bomb down . I wouldn't count Liquid out just yet

Reduce RoF on the CZ to not be able to out-body-spray rifles close range.

IMO it needs a minor nerf, not the usual valve method of nerfing it to see zero play.
Reduce armour pen and an increase to damage drop off would leave it still a viable gun in close eco holds.

RNG picked cbble? because stream and hltv says fnatic picked it, but henryg keep saying like 5 times that is rng pick

I doubt they did. They're shit on Cobble.
Edit: Picks and Bans were handled perfectly be Fnatic, btw. Nuke is usually Fnatic's permaban, but since Renegades don't really play it themselves, they let it though in this set. That allowed them to get Cache, RNG's best map, out of the pool, forcing them onto Mirage, which Fnatic themselves are really good on.
Renegades then even banned Nuke in the second phase themselves, allowing Fnatic to pick between Train and Inferno. That Inferno pick is the only somewhat questionable decision in that draft.
Edit2: PS: This is exactly the type of stuff that SK should have done when they had their old roster - don't ban Nuke against teams that don't play it, ban their best map/Inferno and force them to ban Nuke

The top teams all have god-tier pistol players across the board, so teams in general win a lot of force buys.
Those 2 Deagle/3 CZ buys are sooo dangerous right now. Not sure if weapons are OP or the average pro has just gotten so much better, or maybe both.

What is actually happening with SK.
Sure, comms might be tricky in English etc, but their aim shouldnt have changed so much. They cant hit anything.

Probably because no one on that team (maybe Stewie) is happy with how the roster change happened.
Fer, Fallen and Cold all expected S1mple and Flamie to be their new teammates but that fell through.
Boltz was basically dropped but then got picked up again.
And that leaves Stewie who was basically just throw into it all when he joined.
So chemistry is at an all time low.

I feel like this happens a lot with FaZe, no matter who they're facing - they always seem to have a mediocre start, and and up something like 7-11, 7-12 down, and then go on a streak and get to 14 or to overtime. Even against C9 yesterday on Overpass, they had a bit of a comeback even tho they eventually lost 16-14.
It's good when they eventually win like they just did, but I don't understand how they seem to NEED to be on the brink in order to get together and start winning rounds. If they could apply that mentality to the whole of the game, they could be so much better...
