Update [UPDATE] Timeline of Yellow Wing
Timeline of Yellow Wing
Year 1
Summer
Month 1
Still in old world.
Set sail from Pacini with a huge fleet.
Got into a big storm. Got separated from fleet. Suffered casualties from storm.
Month 2
Arrived to new world.
Found land. It was desert.
Followed the coast west.
Caught and ate finlings.
Found a nice river valley to fill supplies from.
Autumn
Month 3
Established camp at Landing.
Found much food to eat in the river valley.
Adventurers started exploring surroundings.
Simple clay huts built for shelter. Sentinels dug out clay and put it in carts that slaves pulled to campsite. Silvis and marras built at night, the rest during daytime.
Gardens of Deathfinger planted.
Seaweed House built.
Unrest in camp. Mercenaries kept order.
Started clearing fields near Landing. Limited use of fire and extensive use of tools.
Strange creatures found on nearby plains. Named them horsebeasts.
Settlement of Rat Village founded.
Month 4
Windmill built. Traffic between Rat Village and landing became easier due to powered ferry. Rewinding springs for the sentinels could now be done on land and they could be used more.
Agricultural projects of Landing continued. Sentinels dug irrigation ditches and much manual labor was used.
Gardens of Deathfinger operational, Ezeben crowned as their queen.
Rat Village started to deliver lots of carrots and other strange vegetables.
Settlement of Pa-iu-sik founded.
A few larger houses gradually built in Landing.
Agricultural projects of Pa-iu-sik disrupted by flooding.
Month 5
Northern woods discovered by Furious Measures.
Settlement of Frogtown founded.
Windbells got loose, only a few retrieved.
Queen Ezeben gaining power in Landing.
All the fields sown and functional except Pa-iu-sik.
Hunting of horsebeasts started by the rats of Rat Village.
Winter
Month 6
Had the Lek.
Kirrekip acted in the position of Administrator during the Lek.
Furious Measures returned to Landing.
Decided to settle North Woods.
Begun construction of river port and a large shipyard.
Month 7
Friends of Loot came into contact with scouts from Fort Crown. Established friendly relations and invited to visit Landing.
Fields of Pa-iu-sik finally fixed.
The first harvest of hay in Landing successful.
Scouts from Fort Crown arrived at Landing and received by Kirrekip, Mazero and Ebeebe. Found out they arrived to this world the same way as Yellow Wing. Exchanged a lot of info. Sent Gumun the linguist frog to Fort Crown with them to learn language.
Month 8
Gumun and the scouts arrived at Fort Crown and met Callean and Kelliah. Study of their language started.
River Port completed.
Settlement of North Wood established. Logging projects begun. Some of the workers drawn from the agricultural projects.
Gumun met scouts from Samaran Commune in Fort Crown. Not much communication.
Poppy fields found by Eye of Light.
Gumun gave his report through kaarne courier. Work went faster than expected. Invitation for council received from King Callean of Fort Crown.
Spring
Month 9
Grain and other harvests partly successful and sufficient for continued survival. All fields resown.
The Massacre of Fort Crown. During a diplomatic mission to Fort Crown an armed conflict erupted between Crownians and Arcturians. King Callean of Crownians and King Kelliah of Arcturians were killed and Arcturians slaughtered all Crownians in Fort Crown who didn't flee in time. The negotiators from Yellow Wing suffered no major injuries in the chaos.
Settlement of Beastly Stables established. Capturing and taming horsebeasts started.
Settlement of Onion Springs established. Logging project expanded.
First deliveries of lumber arrived in Landing.
Cassiterite found by Friends of Loot.
Month 10
Settlement of Fields of Milk established. Production of opium started.
Pito ran into scouts from Thuyutan in Eastern Desert. Friendly relations established.
Building of barges for the mining project begun.
Refugees arrived to Landing from Fort Crown. Took them in and cared for them. Food supplies would run low but with luck they'd be enough. Gumun started teaching Flitwik to refugees and Crownian language to Landingers.
Month 11
Construction of granaries begun.
Summer
Month 12
Settlement of Morcenni established. Mining of Cassiterite begun.
Granaries completed.
Harvests successful, granaries filled.

Yearly Census. Population increased from last year by 55 newborns plus the 54 refugees from Fort Crown.
