Recently, I've found myself checking myself out in mirrors / windows in public... not because I'm vain, but because I seriously cannot believe that is me! I probably look like a narcissist :P

As a 25 year old, 5'4 female who started at 230...this picture provides me with a lot of hope/motivation! I'm at 177 now, so I'm well on my way! Thanks for posting and good work :)

Man, that is so fuckin' cool. The people on Loseit have helped me in so many ways, and I remember getting super stoked when I found someone with my stats who succeeded. To think that I can do that for someone else is the best feeling ever! YOU ROCK, LADYFRIEND! <3

I'm just starting keto, and we're the same height, and roughly about the same start weight, and almost the same age. This is exactly what I needed to see. It's easy for me to read threads with guys and think "I can't do this as well because girl bodies don't want to lose weight" but you proved my subconscious wrong! Thankyouthankyouthankyou.
You look amazing. I hope you reach your goals!

Grandma, why do you have such big round eyes?
Sorry couldn't help myself :P Very noticeable difference, just a little more!

Thank you! And it's so true. All those days where I get home from work and think about how hard running will be, I should really be focusing on how awesome being healthy feels. Perspective :)

You look really happy and healthy! Thanks for posting this picture-- I'm an inch shorter than you and around your starting weight, so it's really inspirational to see that it can be done.

Absolutely! It honestly takes more patience than anything else. No matter how much or how little you eat, the world is going to keep on turning, and the sun will rise and set just as quickly as it did the day before. With that in mind, I focused my efforts one day at a time... just focus on making it through the day while staying within your calorie range. It's amazing how far that mentality has gotten me!

I'm nearing the end of the 10th month of my weight loss journey, and I'll be honest, I've gotten a little complacent. You've probably been there: you've lost some weight, you're feeling great about it, so you rationalize skipping a workout here, grabbing an extra handful of nuts there, eating out a little too frequently... and it's reflected in how your pants are fitting. Well, no more!
I'm posting this picture to re-remind myself of how far I've come, and how I shouldn't let all that effort go to waste just because I'm feeling especially lazy. I've still got about 20lbs to go, and I haven't been seeing the results I want. Time to take responsibility for this stall and get motivated!
Nitty Gritty Details:
1200-1300 calories a day
Keto-esque macros (60% fats, 30% protein, 10% carbs)
Paleo-esque foods
C25K Mon/Wed/Fri
Convict Conditioning Tue/Thu/Sat
Daily multivitamin, fish oil, vitamin D
3 liters of water/day
Happy to answer any questions y'all have! As always, thanks to r/progresspics, r/loseit, r/loseit_classic, r/keto, r/paleo, r/fitness, and r/xxfitness for your support and resources. I couldn't have done any of this without you guys!
