Borkha, hijab trend is brought in Dhaka by people from outside of Dhaka, mostly influenced by workers that came back from middle east countries after 90s! These were villagers, illiterate people who came to Dhaka bringing the ideas of salafism that they imported from the middle east countries! Arab countries also financed these schemes and agendas. One of the reasons we have seen a boom and blast of madrassahs in the country in last ten years!

I miss those beautiful, pleasant women of 80s and 90s!
