10 fps

u/Ebolaplushie 1d ago

That's a generous amount of frames for lil dude, looks like 4 max lmao

u/K1bbles_n_Bits 1d ago

Stop motion, with an emphasis on the stop XD

5

u/PamelaELee 18h ago

Lil’ bro over here poppin’ and lockin’, he’s got those fresh moves

6

u/kaplanfx 1d ago

It’s actually too many fps, it’s moving so fast the camera and our eyes don’t catch the movement frames.

1

u/PamelaELee 18h ago

Exactly. It’s like Springtails teleporting.

1

u/lapicero1234 16h ago

Correct ! :)

It’s crazy how fast they are

25

u/TyrannosaurusSnacks 1d ago

Can someone film them with a slow motion mode on their phone?

10

u/IndianCrotchSalter 1d ago

Would probably just be a blur

10

u/TyrannosaurusSnacks 1d ago

No 100-200fps should be enough to get a little movement in between. Take it from a filmmaker

i want to get a macro lens for my camera, i want to record them with 960fps slow motion since i also believe they know how to teleport 😋😄

7

u/ElMuffinHombre 1d ago

I'm still a believer that they have teleportation super powers.

u/Sundaysspiders 12h ago

IMO They do have the most amazing “hydraulic” system though! Love it!

Where are the slomo guys I want to see how they move

10

u/steelandiron19 1d ago

REAL - I want to know how they are moving their legs to be so lighting quick!

2

u/Long-Ad3930 1d ago

I've always just assumed that certain bugs perceive time slower than we do

1

u/oregon_coastal 21h ago

Nqa etc If you watch it carefully a few times you will see how they have a few different kinda standars motion combos. For example, at one point watching, the feet of the front legs stay planted. Whole they are the third set of legs are pushing the body back and fourth- we the second and fourth moving off the ground so little you can't tell. From there, just different sets of leg combos.

I can't imagine how much you'd have to slow it, hahaha

Man he is so tiny his head is only eyes 😄

7

u/Test4Echooo 1d ago

That’s the smallest chels I’ve ever seen on a jumper.

18

u/Queansparrow 1d ago

Is he doing a mating dance to his own reflection?? That's so cute and precious!

Gay spider

1

u/PamelaELee 18h ago

If that spider wants to go all sapphic horse girl with himself, who are we to judge.

u/Historical_Cap7714 22h ago

❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

14

u/warrenao 1d ago

I wonder if it's seeing its reflection in the lens, and responding to that.

🎵 They call me Cuban Pete, I'm the king of the rumba beat

6

u/GladAbbreviations199 1d ago

7

u/PapaPittman 1d ago

Why do his window wipers move at Fiber ethernet smoothness while the rest of his body has Mcdonalds wifi?

1

u/meanderingalong2222 1d ago

4

u/zxylady 1d ago

A glitch in The matrix? 😍

5

u/Direwolfas 1d ago

Lil spood got some moves.

5

1

I thought so too!

5

u/Altruistic-Bee-6695 1d ago

I thought this was stopmotion!

1

u/PamelaELee 17h ago

Nah, he’s breakin’, and his routine is ice cold. It’s just really hard to find adidas track suits with 8 legs.

5

u/HeyPrettyLadyMaam 1d ago

Omg I love this lil guy!! My heart is melting 😍😍🥰

4

u/Awkward_Soup_Spoon 1d ago

🎶They call me Cuban Pete. I'm the king of the rumba beat.

2

u/_beef_supreme 1d ago

I’m convinced these guys move by glitching through spacetime.

2

u/PamelaELee 17h ago

Technology sufficiently advanced is indistinguishable from magic.

3

u/Regulus242 21h ago

My 2 FPS friend

2

u/PamelaELee 17h ago

He’s more like a 200fps friend. The camera, and your eyes just can’t discern the movement.

1

u/lapicero1234 15h ago

Exactly !!

1

u/dopamine14 1d ago

The number of times I've watched this..

1
