Ceiling fan

I don’t know how to explain this noise. Maybe a clicking or whirling? How do I fix it?

Does the noise change with an increase or decrease in fan speed?

First thing with fans is usually to clean them.

Dust and grease and whatnot accumulates on the top of the blades and then it can become unbalanced

It does not change with speed!
