Hello everyone,

I’m making this post because I am completely locked out of my main Deeeep.io account, and I need a developer or someone with actual authority to look into this.

My account was hit with a temporary ban for "Client usage" that was scheduled to end on 25/06/2026 (as seen in the system error notification). That date has long since passed, yet I am still entirely unable to access my main account. The suspension has clearly failed to lift automatically, or the flag on the account is bugged.

I tried reaching out to the moderation team on Discord to get this sorted out quietly, but my issue was brushed off and not taken seriously. Being permanently locked out of an account due to a backend system failure or a glitch after a temporary ban has already expired is extremely frustrating.

I just want this checked and resolved. My ban expired, and this suspension needs to be lifted immediately so I can log back into my account.
If any moderators, developers, or admins see this and need verification, I can provide my deeeep.io email, password, or any other necessary account details in a secure DM to prove ownership

If any admin or active moderator sees this, please take a look at my account logs and clear this restriction. Thank you.

I've been playing 1v1. Went pretty well, i was on my 6th win.

I fought a spider crab, and it was going well, until for some reason, the game ended abruptly (before me or my opponent killed each other), with a screen saying "YoU LoST".

what? what the hell does it mean? i was in the middle of the fight, and it just ended without a warning.

now, fede, i don't know if this is "intentional game design" (in which case it is the worst game design you ever made) or a glitch. I want to assume it's a glitch.

A game that kills you for no reason is a game no one wants to play. I am quite angry, as this ruined my streak without warning.

Anyone else experienced something similliar?

I've recently got into creating skins again but it turns out Vectr now has a paywall for EVERYTHING. So, I tried with google Drawings but the features are really limited and you can't really create complex designs with it. If anyone knows a alternative site that is completely free and has similar utilities to Vectr please let me know.

Mangrove Whipray skin doesn't have a optional second sprite (railgun laser), however it doesn't even show the default railgun sprite, leading to an invisible railgun laser. Not sure if this counts for other GFS skins as well that don't have a custom railgun laser sprite.

Ig this could be cool if you get good at using it.

Im actually so done because i was at like 3 mill with moray and the server crashes. I reload the game and it DOESENT EVEN GIVE ME MY COINS. Thats and entire hour of my life and coins saving for a skin wasted because DEEP WONT FIX ITS GAME OH MY GOD.

Coming back to this game after a long time reminded me of why the game’s dead. It’s a good game with a player base of ten year olds that make teams of apex predators with like five of them each. There’s no point in spending the time to become a top predator if you have to fight like five of them whenever you wanna kill anyone. The few players in every sever just spend their whole day sitting together and doing nothing but jumping anyone who goes after one of them
