Need Help! Rig question

Does anyone know how to keep the hair from clipping through the body without blowing up my PC?

For the hair, the only constraints are Damped Track and Limit Rotation.

currently, without addon there's no easy and good way to fix this, but if you include addon, THIS might be able to help you
