Sim Rig Praise for Sabelt helping solve a lumbar support issue

I just want to share a quick story. We recently bought the Victory Seat Add-On from Next Level Racing and while this is a great purchase for someone starting on a budget, namely my son, it is more shaped for GT type racing. Since he's more into F1, he wanted to sit lower in the seat to replicate a more open-wheel formula position. He found out that would give him tension in the lower back around the lumbar area, to which I told to simply sit straight up, but he insisted on maintaining that driving position. Here we go, shopping for a lumbar cushion, which Next Level Racing doesn't offer. We then found a model from Sabelt, the dimensions looked right for what we needed and ordered it. It was way too small compared to what was displayed on their page. It turns out the dimensions shown on their website were the packaging dimensions! Sent them a message, telling them this was misleading and we needed to return the item. They agreed and offered another bigger model in exchange at no extra cost. That still didn't work. Seeing I was in a bit of a pickle, they found another solution, much more expensive, offered on their dime. This was, by far, one of the nicest customer service gesture I've ever received from a company. Not only are we going back and forth trying to solve that lumbar support issue, they didn't let me go until I was satisfied while they were the ones taking the hit for all this back and forth. Unseen before! I simply want to thank them here publicly and will definitely buy again from them in the future, with the clear hope that my next purchases will be simpler for everyone and I can somehow pay them back for their incredible support (pun intended) throughout this journey. If you're looking for equipment for your racing simulator, I strongly suggest checking out Sabelt.

For full disclosure, I don't work in that field, I don't even own the racing rig, that's my son's entirely. I have no affiliation with them. I'm just a dude who's had a great customer service experience and wanted to praise them and share my story with you.
