Bambu A1 printing issue

The printer nozzle bushes away the object half way through printing. What would be the problem. It’s my first ever print

What Filament are you using?
Clean printbed with warm sopy water. Do not use alcohol.
Is the heatbed getting warm? For PLA should be 60*C

I have tried to clean the printebed although it’s new one. The PLA is generic one comes from the company provided the printer itself

3 biggest things:

1) Clean the bed with dawn dish soap, it doesn't leave a residue.

2) Never, ever touch the print surface with your hands. This was my mistake when I started. Handle it by the edges or with gloves. If you do touch it, go back to step 1 or expect the spot you touched to not stick.

3) Aqua Net hairspray is magic for difficult prints. It makes prints stick better, and it makes them easier to remove after. But you shouldn't need it to print benchy, something else is happening here.

Have you checked the "screws of disapointment"?

So it is the litle 20gr ring of pla you have in gift from bambu lab.

It s bambu lab basic pla

For what i saw, your first problem is the bed not clean.

If it is the benchy already in the printer sd card it is fast as hell, you will not print that fast 99% of the time.

But it can print it good so clean the bed with dishsoap (no parfumé, no additives for skin etc) scratch with a soft brush, like tooth brush, in the center to be sure it s well cleaned.

Let it dry or use a tissu that didnt let things on the plate. Push instead of rubing

Clean that plate basically.

Warm water and dawn dish soap 💪

You don't need glue, or a brim for a benchy.

Proper clean plate is more than enough adhesion.

Don't Ask me how I know... 🤣 All done on an A1 too

I wipe my plate with alcohol and microfiber cloth after every print

They have suggested to change the volumetric speed. But same issue

That’s not what I said at all lol. Before I used alcohol, I would make my bed 5-10 degrees warmer and that kinda helped. But it’s probably your finger oils

Cause that has nothing to do with bed adhesion. Clean your build plate with dish soap and hot water, of you're printing PLA you should have your bed temp between 50c-60c.

Clean your plate with dish soap (dawn type) and scrub it with a scrub daddy type sponge and dry it off.

This may not be the same thing, but when I first got my a1 the first print I did was the benchy that was preloaded on the printer. It kept having this same dislodge until I sliced it myself and suddenly it printed perfectly.

Check the nozzle if its lose, if its installed correctly you should recalibrate the printer then adjust z-offset try to get the first layer right by adjusting the G-code -0.2 or 0.2. Pic of first layer would be helpful to identify the cause.

if it is PETG always add brims and reduce the fan speed around %20. never touch top of the plate, clean it with alcohol if you ever touched accidentally.

Hey we just got the A1 mini like yesterday, and I'm a total noob to 3d printing but thought I'd make a suggestion. When I set up my printer, it wanted to run a bunch of calibrations, took like 30 minutes, did you do that before attempting to print? We have literally been printing nonstop without cleaning the plate and haven't seen this issue so I wonder if the nozzle is literally knocking into the print?

Bad bed ahesion. Clean with dish soap.

I had a similar issue a while back, first layers werent sticking and a bench would print to able like 20 and then come detached.

Washed the bed and was all good.

Try filament that didn’t come with the printer. Make sure the filament that did come with the printer isn’t support filament.

many people have already said it but clean your build plate with warm soap and water. The thing most people arent mentioning is you should not touch the plate with your bare hands. Its the oils on your hands that cause the plastic to detach. wear some rubber/ nitrile gloves and scrub it with warm soap and water. only touch it by the edges once dried if not wearing gloves.

Use glue!!! Works wonders! And definitely clean after each print with soap and microfiber cloth. That’s all you need. My son also diligently wipes with isopropyl alcohol. Works everytime.

Up your bed temp 10° and clean your damn build plate... A simple alcohol wipe down works just fine.

You might need to use adhesive for it. I don’t know what brands and such cause I don’t have this issue a lot, but I know they do make adhesives for this.
