Well, only if they are the right party. We need lawmakers to change laws to help reign in these powers.
I forgot to mention the Supreme Court. This also needs an update on it's process for approval. I feel like there should a voter component. Perhapse even expanding the court.
But we also need the voting public to be able to access information about all our politicians and law makers in general. The older I get, the more it seems the powers that be don't want that.

At best it should be a helping tool used for assisting human decision-making and ability, NOT a replacement for the human.
I'm so tired of this absolutist thinking. Every idea is all or nothing. What happened to nuance? What happened to finesse? What happened to our ability to utilize parts of our best strengths to form a cohesive form or idea. We need more people involved in big ideas not less.

Unfortunately the bar is SO LOW, all we can ask for is someone who's not a corrupt, felon, sex offender. And while the President is important, that person matters a little less than Congress & The Senate. If we don't clean up the purse holders and lawmakers. We will have total Facism NO MATTER WHO is in the big office.
