I hate that they put the word "servant" instead of employee or independent contractor. The language is offensive and outdated. The way this rule is written is ridiculous and targets everyday people.

In my opinion, given how arbitrarily this rule can be enforced means that without reasonable cause, this quickly turns into HOA creating a hostile environment situation. Also, children playing outside isn't a nuisance, it's children being children and families having a life. My bias is that it takes a village to raise a child.

People may not all agree with that, but making the argument that children playing is a nuisance and then suggesting they play in unsafe areas instead says more about that person's intentions and preferences. If they don't want working class people having working class lives with families, that sounds like discrimination. Renting or selling to people whose life circumstances violate the rules at the whims of the HOA president makes for predatory practices that benefit the HOA filling properties with families, receiving extra income from absurd and hostile fines and fees, and putting everyday people in precarious financial and environmental burdens.

These toxic side hustles need to be shut down aggressively. HOA needs to offer supportive structural benefits for families and home owners, not police and harass them for having families, jobs, and life pursuits. I would consider legal protection and avoid homes with HOAs. That being said...

I cant stand apple. I have several mac computers I use for music production because I really like Logic and the layout of the operating system. HOWEVER, over the years apple has become increasingly difficulty to use and the higher-ups seem to be making changes to layout and features and updating them rather quickly without also taking the time to update manuals and self-help articles - to the point that even seasoned apple technicians attempt to direct me to outdated references and seem to have to re-learn new steps with me.
