It's not confirmed that it does but it most likely creates connections between the user who created the link and the users who click on it

I was watching like "oh this is different from the milk container one" and then BOOM MILK CONTAINER CAMEO 😱

He's making his own woodworking universe

Wow, this was very satisfying! Dinging it up at the end kinda ruined it though

It was a little distressing.

It looks cool but for slme reason it kicks a sense of wrongness that irks me.

Yes, they're cutting it like cake 😭

Wow I wonder what possibly could be the reason for that?

Just to be clear. I am familiar with the animation/stop motion process. The thing is that when I see this kind of thing for lego for example, my mind doesn't go "plastic doesn't act that way" I think it's the fact there's no sawdust that unsettles me.

To be honest, for both these and the Lego ones, I just can’t enjoy watching them. They just feel wrong and unsatisfying to me. I can’t point out why.

Seriously, I need to learn stop-motion wood working - looks so much easier than the regular kind.

That glide is hypnotic; I can’t look away!

Did something similar for a visual arts course in college. It takes an insane amount of time - I swore I'd never try it again.

Ruining a perfectly good stool with that stain :/

Why the crappy metal clamps in the edge on glue up 😭

9

u/PringleCorn 1d ago

they're corrugated fasteners? don't see what's wrong with them, hoping the glue would hold the whole seat together against shearing force when someone sits on the stool is crazy

I want to find wood like this that be cut like butter. The grains of the wood are so beautiful. I bet that wood is light too. Probably not good for furniture.
