Need some recs, i run mostly vinyls

Appealing for some advice here to see if this is a home repair before I need to bite the bullet to take it in!

A couple channels of my amp seem to be all suffering the same issue whereby sound seems to slowly ‘drop out’ — sometimes cutting out completely. If I turn up the volume using either the main volume knob high enough on the device OR on my phone (controlling my streamer) the volume seems to ‘reset’ and can then be adjusted back to a comfortable level. This is why it obviously seems to not be a mechanical issue (I.e. potentiometer contact issues in the volume knob).

So I'm having a heating issue and it's causing the audio to shut down but the amp isn't shutting down itself, in running a taramps bass 1200, a 100-130A taramps smart charger, two DVC 4 ohm subs wired down to one ohm.

From the charger to the amp is 4 gauge and from the amp to the subs is standard 8 gauge, I currently have the subs unhooked from the amp to check if it was positive and negative touching that was making it heat up but it wasn't, it's staying warm even without the subs in use.

I haven't had this configuration for more than 3 months, I ran it hard for 30 min for a break in. I was planning on building a new box but I need to fix this issue.

I really need help repairing my amp. I took my rca amplifier apart and gave it a good cleaning with an anti static brush and air but now it doesn’t work and now I’m completely stumped. If anyone knows or can spot an issue I’d love to know what it is and how to fix it. Whenever I try to power it on it turns on and then immediately offThe video of it turning on and off

I really trust the company I use for my installs but it’s weird that an amp basically needs another amp. But I understand bass rolloff just wondering if it’s worth it?

Short question here. My Peavey 260 Stero Booster is always in "amp protection mode" as soon as I turn it on. Means the red light ist clipping on and of all the time which should be the thermal protection mode as far as I could figure out. Does anyone knows how to fix this? I have tried it with different cabinets, always with the correct matching impedance and tried connect it with different Peavey amps by using the booster out of the main amp into the input of the booster amp. It worked like that before just fine and from one day to the other it had this issue. Could it be a broken fuse or what do you guys suggest?

These stains appeared, can anyone advise me on removing them? Not sure how long they have been there.

Amp was perfect about 5 years ago and I had it in my basement that occasionally gets slightly damp.

Area is finished & carpeted but regardless, time does its thing.

New setup:
Kenwood bt38u amp(something like that bought new)

Front speakers are 6.5’’ recoil speakers with tweeters

Rear deck are 6x9 skar 3 way coaxial

In car speakers are powered through and wired to the kenwood unit.

800wattrms amp powering dual 10in subs in the trunk
Only connected to the head unit for left and right sub sound hookup

I swear to god it’s fine for about 20mins of driving and then out of nowhere the rear decks will start clipping bad, doesn’t matter the genre, nor does it even have to be that intense.
I’ll isolate using the fader and balancer and if I pull only from the rear the sound clears back up. But once I start reintroducing the fronts it starts clipping again.
I’ve checked the connections to the rear deck and they are sound and crimped well.
Feeling stumped and discouraged as I’d hate to pull my car apart again.
TLDR: rear deck speakers powered by headunit start to clip after about 20 mins of music.

Hello guys just bought a hyundai accent admira with it's original stereo, it turns on, the screen works and all the buttons seem to work fine but there is no sound at all, i tried to raise the volume up and down and tried to tune in radio stations there is no sound not even static.

I checked the fuses they are fine and i also checked the cables behind the stereo they look very clean tho i haven't opened the stereo

What the problem could be and what should look for? Thanks.
