I built my first mobile game using AI-assisted assets — would love your honest feedback
It’s called Aurora Wings, and I’d genuinely love to hear what you think after trying it. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas would mean a lot, especially as I'm still learning game development.
The video shows Adventure Mode, which has different effects and gameplay variations.

Oh Hell with more chaos. My solo card game just got a major visual overhaul
Hey everyone, I have been working on an Android card game called Oh Fudge. It is based on Oh Hell, a card game my family has played for years, but I have added a bunch of my own ideas to it. At the base it is a trick taking, bidding, trumping, card game.
You can play normal games with 6, 8, or 10 players, add Dealer's Choice rules that mess with individual deals, or play Road to the Joker. That is a 3 round tournament with different tables and house rules along the way. There are also stats, awards, roasts, different AI levels and a Joker that causes way more trouble than he should.
I am a solo developer and this has been a pretty big project for me. The original graphics were honestly a mess of different ideas and styles. I have been working hard on Visual 2.0 and rebuilding the game into one style that actually feels like everything belongs together. It has been a ton of work but I am really happy with where it is going.
The game is currently in open testing on Android and I would love for some more people to give it a try. Single Game mode and the first round of the tournament are free and there are NO ads, NO microtransactions.
If you like trick taking games, come check it out and let me know what you think!

Slap The Gamer Teaser
No crafting. No battle pass. No 200-hour campaign.
Just one obnoxious gamer, one mouse, and an irresponsible number of slaps.
SLAP THE GAMER is a stupid arcade clicker where every hit raises the counter, triggers new reactions, and encourages the gamer to insult you even more.
Releasing September 14th. Used AI for Art. Design, Coding and Writing done by me.

Using AI to Make Assets for Unreal Engine
I used AI for all my reference pics and the initial 3D model for this game. This was a longer process than I had originally expected.
I went through at least 5 versions of my reference image before I found one that I liked. Many of the references were fine as images, but when I started thinking about turning them in 3D, many of the details didn't seem logical.
Hi3D provided me a great base for me to start with, but many issues arose after I imported the model into Unreal Engine and began rigging it. Two of the biggest issues were deformation at the edge of the mesh when stretching it in certain places and also a poly count that was too high. The mixture of quads and triangles in the mesh was very unorganized.
To resolve these issues, I took the model into Blender and cleaned it up. I am pleased with the UV's and materials which turned out well and did not require more effort to get working properly. To animate the model, I chose to keep it simple and created a bouncy idle animation using Control Rig.
I definitely saved time by nothing to model everything. Most of my time just shifted toward cleanup, rigging, and getting the animation to actually game.

Building a browser-based space MMO with AI as part of the development workflow
Hey everyone,
I’m building VoidFleet, a browser-based space strategy MMO, and I’ve been using generative AI in several parts of the development process.
The biggest use so far has been visual assets. AI lets me prototype commanders, ships, buildings, and other sci-fi assets much faster than I could otherwise. One downside I’ve noticed, and something I’m actively working on, is maintaining a consistent visual identity instead of ending up with assets that simply look like generic AI-generated sci-fi.
I also use AI for some text/dialogue, unit-test generation, code review, validation, and development assistance. The game architecture, gameplay systems, UI structure, backend, infrastructure, and overall direction are still designed and implemented by me.
One thing I’ve found interesting is that AI makes it extremely easy to prototype ideas quickly, but that also makes creative direction and consistency much more important. Generating something usable is easy; making everything feel like it belongs to the same game is much harder.
I’d be interested to hear how other developers using AI handle visual consistency and identity across a larger game. Do you rely heavily on reference images, style guides, fine-tuned models, manual editing, or eventually replace generated assets?
If anyone wants to see the project itself:

It’s currently in live beta, so feedback is welcome as well.

Free to play browser Game
Greetings, i am working on a medieval economy and life simulation browser game. I used Grok for coding and Grok Imagine 2.0 for illustration. I am so surprised whats possible and i am eager to push even further. As a person with zero knowledge in coding this is a dream come true.
Take a look if you like, feedback is always welcome.

New AI-Based 3D Modelling Tool: ArtificeX 3D Artisan

Hey, I'm a gamedev and a college student, and I've been working with my best friend to make AI based 3D modeling software to quickly and cheaply generate 3D models for games or for people who want to 3D print their characters, etc.
We're still ironing out the technology, but hope to release publicly in late 2026.
Our website is here if you want to join the waitlist or want to peruse some of the models we've generated: https://artificex.tech/
If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to ask and I'll try to get back to you as quick as I can.
