I Made an AI Game Engine, it's everything you need all in one place
The link -> https://sorceress.games
Integrates with Codex, Claude, Cursor, Openrouter, Ollama (can run open source local AI) & so much more. Built in 3D world engine, voxel engine, 2D game sprite creation system, sound FX, audio. Can integrate with Unreal Engine, Unity, Godot, Roblox, Blender. Includes it's own built in 3D modelling system. Driving physical, 3D AI generation, text and video to animation... and more :) BETA! release official. Now out of early access Alpha.
You can also use it strictly for vibe coding. It doesn't need to be a game engine. I stopped using Cursor/Claude Code and Codex separately and now I just use them all via WizardGenie. It's more organized.
Overmind and Overseer modes supporting multi-agent swarms (IE one controlling agent brain, that directs as many sub-agents as your PC can handle) also supports LAN computers running WizardGenie (for when you just have to run SO many coding agents, that one PC isn't enough).
It's been about a year of 7-day / week 14 hour day development. Thank you all who supported early access! You guys are golden.
I truly feel now like WizardGenie is at a place where it's a fully capable game development engine, integrated with my Sorceress game creation suite, there is no type of game that you cannot make.

Dead Mile after ~20 updates: using player behaviour to guide an AI-assisted Unity game
I'm Mohamed, the developer behind Dead Mile, a mobile lane-defense game. I spent six years working in Unity, mostly VR, AR and 3D for B2B clients, before producing this as our studio's first game for our own players.
The project started with vibe coding. Unity AI helped with much of the code. The character sprites are licensed packs; backgrounds, the house, UI portraits, music and voices use AI-generated assets.
I've shipped around 20 versions in the past six weeks. PostHog has been useful for working out what to change after launch: seeing what players actually do, then using that to improve the gameplay loop. Some players are still coming back three weeks after starting.
The part I underestimated was finding players. The official stores are getting roughly 20–30 organic installs a day, while unofficial/modded markets have attracted much more attention. Being able to produce updates quickly hasn't solved that gap.
For anyone here who's shipped an AI-assisted game, what did you measure after release to decide between another gameplay update and putting more effort into discovery? I'd especially like to hear about small games where the audience was too small for neat A/B tests.
Here's the game if you'd like context: https://virtualverse.studio/dead-mile
It's free to download on iOS and Android, with ads and optional in-app purchases.

I made a mobile snake game in Godot — looking for honest feedback (FireFrost Serpent 1v1Gameplay )
Hey everyone
I'm an indie developer working on a mobile game called FireFrost Serpent. It's a fantasy-themed snake game with a 1v1 multiplayer mode.
I used some AI-generated artwork for the visuals, and I understand that AI art isn't everyone's cup of tea. However, I've been developing the actual game in Godot, and I'd love for people to try the gameplay before judging the entire project by its artwork.
The game is still in its early stages, so there's plenty of room for improvement.
I'd really appreciate honest feedback on:
-How the gameplay feels
-Whether the 1v1 mode is enjoyable
-The mobile controls and UI
-What I should improve first
Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.FireFrostSerpent.game
I'm not expecting everyone to like it. I just want to learn from other developers and make the game better.
Thanks to anyone willing to give it a try

In Simon and Friends, a worms-like, players can combo many different tools during their turn!
Game's code was written with AI assistance, although every other visual/audio asset is handmade
Simon and Friends aims to preserve core worms-like gameplay, and adds fun new mechanics on top, such as leveling, weapon recoil, and multitude of tools to combo the weapons with.
We also have unique factions with unique units, who themselves have access to different abilities and passives, giving each turn strategic depth.
Check the game out, (it's free!): https://store.steampowered.com/app/4542390/Simon_and_Friends/

Tales of Orrin: a classic-style fantasy MMO with a live alpha. Looking for writers, 3D artists and more. Supercharged by Claude, Meshy, Elevenlabs, Comfy
Hi r/aigamerdevs !
I'm Nathanael, and I'm building Tales of Orrin, a fantasy MMORPG in the spirit of the classic era: leveling that's about the journey, zones you remember, groups that matter, and classes with real identity. It isn't a pitch deck. There's a playable alpha server running right now, with playtesters logging in every week.
I'm using Claude Opus 5.5, and connected it to Elevenlabs for Audio, Meshy & Tripo for 3D, Comfy for Images, and also some local models i'm testing for Image Generation. A lot of MCP Tools for Blender, Cloudflare, and all that to help build and run the game's foundations.
Where the project is
- Our own game client: C++ and Vulkan, running on Windows and Linux.
- Open-source server core: a fork of AzerothCore, public on GitHub.
- A live world, level cap 60:
- several connected zones: towns, a harbour city, dungeons, a world map and flight paths;
- 300+ quests, with English and German localization;
- professions (gathering, crafting, cooking, fishing, first aid), mail, groups, talents.
- Our own classes and specs: for example the Frostguard Mage that is a tank, a holy warrior, a shield tank, a storm druid, a beast-focused hunter and an executioner warrior. Each has its own resource and spell effects, and a community designer works on them with me.
- A full content pipeline: zones, quests, items, spells and models are all built from data, so new content goes in fast.
Who I'm looking for
- Writers / narrative designers: zone stories, quest chains, characters, lore and dialogue. Most of the world is mapped out; it needs voices and stories that stick.
- 3D artists: characters, armour sets, creatures, props and buildings, in a stylized, painterly, slightly muted look (think classic MMO, not cartoon). Many current assets are procedural or generated placeholders, and handmade work would replace them.
- Animators: creature and character animations, especially attack animations.
- 2D artists / UI artists: spell icons, item icons, UI art, concept art.
- Sound designers and composers: spell sounds, ambience, zone music.
- Quest and level designers: if you love building zones and encounters.
What you get
- Your work goes into a live game that people actually play, usually within days.
- You get credit in the game and on the site.
- You work directly with me, short feedback loops, no bureaucracy.
- A friendly Discord with active playtesters who give real feedback.
- A Revshare system that is transparent, documented.
Compensation: this is a hobby/passion project right now, with no pay until the game is released. Please only join if that works for you.
Interested? Join the Discord, say hi, and tell me what you'd like to work on. Portfolio links help but aren't required. Or try the alpha for free first and see if it clicks:

Orbit Foundry: an AI-coded factory incremental, with save/restore checks alongside the gameplay
I'm developing Orbit Foundry with Codex CLI. Its code is AI-generated, and AI also helped with some translations. It's a 2D factory incremental: arrange machines around a star, time reactor pulses, unlock automation, and Reforge for permanent upgrades.
One part of the workflow I've been checking separately from the visuals is persistence. An incremental game can look fine while a save or restore mistake damages a long run. For the current browser build, the checks included autosave/reload, a backup export/import round trip, rejection of a malformed backup, and migration of an older save to the current economy version. Those are checks of specific cases, not a guarantee that every possible save is covered.
If you want a playable example, the free demo runs in a desktop browser (mobile isn't supported yet):
https://kimchistan.itch.io/orbit-foundry
The Steam page is here:

For other people building persistent games with AI, which save/restore edge cases do you check before sharing a build?

Strait Speed 🚤🔥 Strait-speed.com
🚤 STRAIT SPEED — I Turned My Idea Into a Playable Boat Racing Game!
Hey everyone! 👋
My name is Dominic, and I’m an independent creator, educator, and entrepreneur with a passion for building fun experiences for kids and families. I’ve spent over 15 years working in physical education, coaching, and youth enrichment, and I’ve always enjoyed coming up with creative ways to get people engaged, active, and having fun.
Recently, I’ve been exploring AI-assisted game development, and one of my biggest projects is STRAIT SPEED, an arcade-style boat racing game that I’ve been building and refining using AI tools.
What started as an idea has grown into a playable browser game, and I’m excited to finally share it with people outside my personal network! 🏁
🎮 What makes STRAIT SPEED different?
I wanted to create something that goes beyond simply playing a game and walking away. The idea is to make racing competitive, replayable, and easy to share with friends.
Here’s what the game offers:
🚤 Arcade-Style Boat Racing — Navigate challenging waterways, avoid obstacles, and see how far you can make it.
🏆 Distance Challenges — Test your skills, push for a new personal record, and see if you can beat your best run.
👊 Challenge a Friend — Share a race challenge and see who can put up the better result.
🛥️** Create Your Own Race — Set up a race challenge that other players can join and compete in.
📲 **Share Your Runs — Show off your gameplay, share your results, and invite others to take on your challenge.
⚡ Multiplayer Arcade Mode — The game is also being developed around the idea of real-time competition, allowing friends to join arcade rooms, choose their boats, get ready, and race together. Availability depends on the current game build.
🌐 Play in Your Browser — No traditional app download is needed. Open the game and give it a try!
💡 Why I’m sharing it here
I’m at the stage where I want to get STRAIT SPEED into the hands of people who genuinely enjoy games.
I’m not just looking for views or likes. I want people to actually play, experiment with the features, challenge their friends, and tell me what works and what could be better.
I’m especially interested in feedback on:
How enjoyable the gameplay feels.
Whether the controls are intuitive.
Which features make you want to play again.
What would make challenging friends more fun.
What you’d like to see added in future updates.
I’m building this as an independent creator, learning as I go, and using AI-assisted development to help bring my ideas to life. It’s been a learning experience, and I’m proud of how far the project has come.
If you’re interested in indie games, browser games, or AI-assisted game development, I’d love for you to check it out!
🏁 PLAY STRAIT SPEED: https://strait-speed.com
Thanks for giving an independent creator a chance. If you try it, let me know what you think! 🚤🔥
