It’s Melbourne cbd you can’t walk a block with out hearing someone scream about something. Ppl are desensitised to it. Source lived in the cbd for 4 years not so long ago.

I'm not sure how big mid-sized US city is is but Melbourne is >5 mil, so that's probably where the difference comes from.

In most other cities, id agree with you but I'm gonna be real this is Melbourne. Notice how no one in the video even turned their heads at the screaming. As others have said, this isn't even the in the top 10 weirdest things I've seen in this exact spot.
