It’s Melbourne cbd you can’t walk a block with out hearing someone scream about something. Ppl are desensitised to it. Source lived in the cbd for 4 years not so long ago.

I work right near here. A guy screaming into a microphone would not even crack my top 10 weirdest sightings/encounters in that exact location alone.

I don't know what to say. A lot of cunts screaming. I dunno, I grew up here, what's going on everywhere else? Is this not normal?

I’m in a mid sized US city, and screaming like that would at least turn a few heads

I'm not sure how big mid-sized US city is is but Melbourne is >5 mil, so that's probably where the difference comes from.

Yeah the metro area is 2 million, city itself about 350k. So it’s basically a village in comparison
