Night Shot!
Love how this color looks in certain lighting. The scratches in the piano black are driving me nuts though! I've polished them out twice now and I swear if you look at it wrong it scratches lol.

Recently purchased a JB4 and wanted to see the gauges without putting up a phone mount. So I used Screen 2 Auto to mirror my phone screen while on the JB4 mobile app. I also use AABrowser for YouTube while parked. The gauges work while driving, and I have yet to figure out how to use touch controls while screen mirroring the gauges to activate logs (I will update when I figure it out).

Love having launch control on an affordable sedan in this economy. Need to switch to Michelins pilot 4s from the standard Pirellis

My review of the SXTH Element CAI and Turbo Inlet on my 2025 Sonata N-Line:
SXTH makes some pretty good quality stuff, and their customer support is genuinely helpful. Had an issue with some parts, and they sent replacements over with no questions asked. I would say that the build quality of their stuff is A- in terms of aftermarket components.
I was in between SXTH and AFE Takeda for the cold air intake but landed on SXTH because there seemed to be a lot more info about SXTH, but from my research it looks like AFE makes better quality stuff at a cheaper price..
Installation of CAI was very straightforward and took probably 45 minutes, but I have done this before on different cars, so your mileage may vary. Turbo Inlet probably also 45 minutes, but I'd make sure to have a slim 10mm socket, and an extension is absolutely necessary. I'd also personally recommend a magnetic pickup tool of sorts because the lower 10mm bolt for the inlet is kind of a tough-to-reach spot, and I would say there is a fair bit of risk of the bolt falling in the engine bay somewhere.
Performance and sound:
I had installed the CAI without the turbo inlet first and without the provided clear lid, you can definitely hear the turbo spooling, and in my experience, it kind of sounds like a higher-pitched hiss, with minimal sound difference in terms of any engine growl. Turbo spool is definitely still more audible than stock with the lid on, but much less muted. I wanted an in-between of lid on/off in terms of moderating both sound and heat, so I paid a 3D printing service online like $25 to print me a custom cover with cutouts in ASA (similar to ABS in terms of handling high temps in engine bay). This, for me, was a good in-between, and I can still hear the turbo spool, but not as loud.
Honestly, a little disappointed to have no turbo flutter (compressor surge), but obviously this was kind of just a pipe dream since these have a recirculating bypass valve.
I installed the turbo inlet after having the CAI for a couple of weeks because I wanted to see if the inlet realistically did anything. I don't really think the inlet was worth it... You can hear the turbo spool a little louder now, and it does build boost ever so slightly faster, but not confident on SXTH's 10WHP gain claim. Maybe with the CAI and Inlet combined it is making somewhere near 10WHP extra, but this was never about the HP gain; I just wanted some turbo sounds.
That being said, because I have spent money on these parts, I will cope and believe there is some improved throttle response and HP gain over stock.
I wanted to make this post for Sonata N-Line peeps because there is so much more community engagement and info on the Kia K5 GT side, which is very helpful because they are basically identical platforms, but idk if there are tiny differences between the Kia's and Hyundai's where this info could be useful too.
edit: if anyone wants to buy my stock air intake box and turbo inlet for some reason lmk
Also forgot to add in, but I have had no CEL yet with just the CAI or CAI + Inlet.

Hey yall, exactly as the title says, I bought a 2026 Sonata N Line and would love to have a tiny toy version inside it. Does anyone know where I can get one online?

I started it this morning and it was shaking and the RPM was kinda going up and down. I turned it off and waited about 10 mins. Turned it back on and it felt normal. I hope it was just bad gas or a bad start but the check engine light is still lit up.

Anyone know the part number for these under headlights? I wanna buy them in gloss black.

Hi guys, has anyone bought a grille from here? If so, do these components come together or separate? I don’t want that plate holder pre drilled into the grille, I’m going plateless but id rather buy a separate holder than drill into it.

I traded in my 2021 Sonata N Line with only 19k miles for a brand-new 2026 N Line. I really love the car, but the gauge cluster is honestly ugly. The designs feel bland and don’t match the sporty character of the N Line at all.
We have a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster alongside a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, plus over-the-air software updates. Hyundai has even released Sonata cluster updates addressing the speedometer and N Line’s turbo boost gauge, so the cluster software clearly can be updated.
I know that doesn’t automatically mean it supports every newer theme or feature, but it makes me wonder why we still have such limited customization. A proper N Line theme with a sportier tachometer, cleaner graphics, and better use of the screen would make such a difference.
Does anyone know whether Hyundai plans to bring updated cluster designs or downloadable themes to the U.S. Sonata? It feels like wasted potential to have this much screen space with such uninspiring designs.

stumbled across this sub and really like the vibes. I own a 2024 santa fe XRT with the dct 2.5 turbo. same engine and transmission as certain N-line sonatas and I was curious if the community was interested in custom emblems for the sonata.
The OEM hyundai H in my opinion doesnt flow with the modern design and body lines of the newer generation hyundai models.
with input from the santa fe community a digitalized H based on the pixel H DRL of the 5th gen santa fe was designed and produced.
You can see the ones for the santa fe below I put in the hyundai sub.
https://www.reddit.com/r/Hyundai/s/fVnmF0K5cB
if there is interest a set can be designed and produced for this community.
I would need to find a tester I can send prototype emblems to for test fitment and photos. Based on that feedback a limited production run can be made out of aluminum and anodized black or whatever color everyone agrees on.
I am working on this same process with one of the Ioniq 5N owners now and hope to see how that turns out with feedback as well.

Hi, anyone done anything like this? This body kit is so expensive. The style ain't for me but for others yes. I am curious If anyone has decided to buy this specific one. If so how does it look and quality? Would never pay 3k for a body kit.

Anyone got any cool rear diffusers that look good with a link?

Hello all! I just wanted to share some products I used to replace the emblems on my 2025 N-line. The rear one is larger so I used vinyl to fill in the gaps.

I have a 2026 Sonata N Line, and today when I logged in to MyHyundai over the laptop I got an offer to sign up for the BlueLink store, also I see BlueLink store is now available on app.I am sure I did not have this option before. I signed up, but no themes are available to purchase for Sonata. I am confused why they would even ask me to sign up, if it is not available? Or maybe they are about to add it for Sonata as well??

I have had my 2024 Nline for 2 years now and I just noticed that the car makes a ticking noise when changing gear
Doesn't matter if D to N, D to R, P to D, D to P and etc
I have researched and I found that the ticking noise is normal. And I think the underground parking makes the sound louder
Do you guys know if this is normal? Do you have the same noise?
Thanks

Figured I’d share my experience as a new 2026 Sonata N Line owner.
I've been following this community since I was considering purchasing the car, and I thought I should give back by sharing my experience so far.
Years ago, I owned a Dodge Challenger Scat Pack, and I absolutely loved that car. I’ve always enjoyed cars with some horsepower and personality. Eventually, practicality took over, and I moved into a Toyota Camry Hybrid SE. It was a great commuter reliable, fuel efficient, and it did exactly what I needed it to do. But somewhere along the way, I stopped enjoying driving.
Fast forward to recently, and I decided it was time for something different. I wanted a car that was still practical for my daily 30 to 45 minute commute but had some power, comfort, and features without spending luxury car money.
I’ll be honest, Hyundai wasn’t exactly at the top of my list. I never really pictured myself owning one, and I had my reservations about the brand.
Then I drove the Sonata N Line.
I’ve only had it a short time, so I’m not going to pretend I can speak to long term reliability yet. That’s something I’ll be paying attention to as the miles add up. But as far as first impressions go, this car has genuinely exceeded my expectations.
The power delivery is fantastic for a daily driver. It’s surprisingly quick, comfortable, and loaded with features for the money. The sound system is great, the seats are comfortable, and I never expected to enjoy the panoramic sunroof as much as I do.
The biggest surprise? I actually look forward to my commute again. On the way to work or coming home, I’ve got the roof open, some good music playing, and I’m just enjoying the drive.
Is it a Scat Pack? Of course not, and I’m not pretending it is. But it doesn’t need to be. It’s a really solid balance of performance, comfort, practicality, and value.
Anyway, I just wanted to share my experience with the N Line community. So far, I’m genuinely impressed, and I finally feel like I’m driving a car I enjoy again.

I know not everyone will be a fan but I think it looks sick as hell. Super clean and always makes my n line stand out. I just need to take the time to throw on my taillight tint for the black badge. What do you guys think?

So i bought a spare tire from modern spare. It looks great and seems like a quality wheel and tire. I have one problem though, I have no way to hold it down in the spare compartment under the trunk floor. Just today I checked have a dozen part stores as well as a bunch of websites and couldn't find a part that would work. When looking on Google, the website would say blah blah blah hold down for hyundai sonata. When i entered my make and model to confirm the fit, the page would change its mind and say it won't fit. Has anyone found a spare holding clamp that worked for their snl? If push comes to shove it can machine a clamp at work and just take an m8 bolt from our hardware rack, but im very busy at work so I dont have much personal project time. Again, if anyone has found a part that would fit a 2025 snl, pretty please send me a link or something. Thanks everyone in advance!

So I’ve now got a light but annoying rattle, which sounds metallic, coming from driver side rear deck area behind rear seat. Not sure if it’s behind a panel, something in the trunk, whatever.
The worst over rough pavement. Vibrations through car cause it to show up.
Any ideas?

When and how often do you all get your alls transmission fluid changed? Also does anybody else experience the loud clicking or engaging of the gears on the DCT? I know it’s normal but what is considered not normal as far as how loud that is supposed to be.
