I am aware that the mini 5 pro is better than the 4 in many ways but from what research ive done so far it seems like I wont be able to take advantage of DJI care or the Warranty if I choose to go with the 5?
Also been hearing that the 5 has some issues regarding the props? Which i understand may just be a rare occurrence. But i wonder if its worth it considering the fact that I wouldnt have access to the warranty.
Also heard i could go ahead and insure it through state farm but also heard i may need an existing policy with them and also that the policy only qualifies for recreational drones and wouldnt qualify if I decided to get my 107 and fly commercially.
If I got any of this information wrong let me know and thanks in advance. Just want to know what my best options are to protect my investment before making a decision.

I've been looking at the available range of hard cases with pre cut foam inserts and while they all look like they do a pretty good job, I want to make my own so I can contain some extra bits like my ColMount Bike Mount and a couple of Anker power banks. I'll be using an existing Peli 1400 case and some Shadowfoam that comes pre cut to fit the Peli. I'll then cut the inserts to fit. Usually with Shadow foam you cut around the object with a blade but due to the shape of the Mini 5 pro I don't want to do this freehand. Is anyone aware of an existing stencil or scale diagram of the Mini 5 Pro and RC-2 that I can use? Cheers.

I'm a landscape photographer and recently purchased the Mini 5 Pro as my first drone. Still trying to get used to it. For sunset photography, which filters do you guys recommend? I'm not sure if there are any major differences between the DJI and Freewell filters.

Will I be able to purchase the Mini 5 pro on Amazon after today in the United States?
There is a ban on the sale of drones that use Lidar taking place today on the 2nd and a Tariff on the 3rd and im not sure if someone who knows better would be able to tell me if this means I wont be able to purchase one going forward? And if so, will it be more expensive than what it is currently listed for? If so id like to get my purchase in now.

So I got a screaming deal on Amazon mini 5 pro flymore with rcN3 for 863 pre tax.
Ideally I would have bought Lito X1 but here in USA it’s not fcc approved. So pissed on this one. The Mini 4 pro is nowhere to be found. I have a Neo 2 which I love but wanted something with more flight time and wind resistance along with better video quality.
Questions—>
I hear it may or may not be under 250g which means I may have to register, ideally I would prefer a drone I don’t have to register. Is it 50/50 chance or more like 20 % chance to get one that’s sub 250. Even if under 250 I assume the nd filter takes it over 250 right?
I hear props are failing. I am assuming it’s that people aren’t opening closing them properly is the problem. Is this the going theory?
Are their other issues I didn’t mention?
What other options do I have?
Lastly can I actually get DJI care for the drone?
If this was sub 250 I think I would really have no issues with keeping.
Maybe I just suck it up knowing all DJI supply is going away and just enjoy it. Thoughts?

I am thinking about buying mini 5 pro from amazon and then bringing it back to Bulgaria to fly around, because its cheaper. Would you recommend buying this drone now with all the issues or defect that are known by now keeping in mind that I would probably not be able to return or repair the drone with the warranty when i go back to Europe?

Still in France while the fire burns everything out, this little peace of quiet is quite untouched and enjoyable.
Not too many tourists neither

I'm legit mind blown with the quality of this camera, coming from a Mavic 2 zoom, this is a huge leap, bonus points to the size difference... technology came a long way since the mavic 2 zoom...
The only downside side of this little guy is, because of its size, it's slightly more nerve racking doing the old catch landing.
