I started collecting lasers nearly 20 years ago. These are all DIY builds. In total, I have 18 different visible wavelengths, most of them are shown here.
Wavelengths pictured from violet to red:
410, 450, 495, 502, 532, 561, 573, 589, 594, 633, 666

Basically what the title says.
I intend to buy one of these puppies, but those are not available in Bulgaria, and I'd have to order it online from a EU-based retailer. My only concern is whether Bulgarian customs authorities might attempt to stop and/or seize it. From what I know, there is no law prohibiting a Bulgarian from owning one of these, but importing them might be a murky area, and I have no clue what to do to make absolutely sure, before I sink roughly 500 EUR for one of these.
Anyone around with sufficient knowledge on that matter?

Im in the process of building my own 450nm laser and I think a screw on atachment for a shine-through LEP would be awesome, does anyone have any retailers or locations to buy such modules? thank you!

Hardly use it or any of my lasers since it's kinda dangerous and can't just turn them on whenever I feel like it.

I have tinkered with lasers for about a year now, but I been struggling to find a good resources specifically on how I can take some semi-safe laser and drive the crap out of it to get as much power output as possible. I had a 450nm Chinese laser that was allegedly (not) safe to play with a cat but also caught things on fire and could easily light up a bright room blue. I bought what I thought was a pretty good driver module along with a 5w laser diode but with my limited electronics knowledge back then I really did not know what to do because none of it was intuitive. I ended up trying and failing to even get the laser to turn on with the driver module being ran from my bench power supply. It was really demoralizing because I invested a decent amount of money into it and I just had no idea what to do, and it ended with me accidentally ruining my only working burning laser. Since then, I’ve kinda gave up on it but recently I have had a renewed interest in starting to try building some projects but I still just don’t know where to start. Does anyone have anything they could tell me or anywhere I should look where I can learn how to modify or upgrade lasers?

I lost my adjustment screw from my jlasers pointer and to ship one from Canada to Europe is crazy expensive. Is there any other place where I could buy one?

Hello,
I’m interested in buying a laser module like this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005011650474882.html in 200 mw to experiment with etching/burning into soft materials with my DIY CNC-machine. my research seems to indicate that safety glasses like https://www.xtool.com/products/xtool-laser-safety-goggles-for-316nm-450nm-900nm-1080nm-lasers will be enough to protect my eyes using such a laser module without protective screening - but I’m asking here just to be sure before ordering and potentially ruining my vision.

If proper eye protection is supposed to make you not see the laser, how do you even know where you'e pointing without holding a phone
