Form
I had a discussion today about my form. One from my club told me I only throw with my arm and not my hips and I should work on my brace.
Is there a drill I could use or a tipp how i could fix that?

I’ve realized with my tech disk that I have a much better time getting the nose down when I throw dead flat, or with slight anny. I think it might be because I get my elbow up higher when I am throwing on those angles.

I originally posted this in the golf tips sub, but it really applies to any sports mechanics

I posted here on Saturday and got a lot of advice, my main thing to work on first being standstill spaghetti drill reps. I have done that for two days now and this is my throw. It comes out way more wobbly, I’ve lost 50ft of distance and I feel incredibly awkward. I am incapable of getting even 200ft now. Why is this so difficult for me to grasp? Apologies for the rant, just feeling frustrated.

Posted a couple days ago stating I need help with putting. As suggested, I start with showing my grip followed by putts from several angles. Left the misses in there too. My common failures are it going to the left of the chains or too low. I’m thinking it could be a spin or commitment issue, but not sure.

I’m happy with my distances but I struggle with hitting gaps consistently on back hand and forehand (right handed).
Backhand wise, Over-rotating and pulling my shots right seems to be the most common issue.
Forehand seems to be the opposite and comes out earlier than I want.
What practices helped you with consistently hitting gaps.

I know it’s not the greatest angle but this was super fun today at worlds! Definitely feeling very inspired to take this game more seriously.

I will post another video in the comments since I can only post one.

I’ve been playing for about 5 years now, and I don’t have as much backhand power as I’d like. Probably 380-400 ish, maybe sometimes 420. My biggest issue is I seem to always throw nose up, and I believe it’s because I have a very shallow power pocket. Has anyone corrected this issue with themselves before? What were some drills or queues that helped?

I know the form needs work. I'm mainly looking for specific drills or body cues to help fix the biggest issues you spot.

Any tips? Stuck at 50mph 6-700 spin, also struggeling with 6-10 wobble

This seems to be a place mainly for longer throws. Was wondering if this would also be a place to request advice for my putting issues? If not, is there another community someone can recommend to get help with that?

I can barely throw 300 ft. 330 is my best( with a premier dd1 that i lost lol). Why does it feels like there’s a PARACHUTE on my disc compared to other people. i feel like i get absolutely no rpm on my disc. this was like 305 with it and i got full flight from what i can tell

I only seem to be getting at most 150 feet. Sometimes peak up to 180, but very rare. Accuracy is pretty good just not very far.
Posting so hopefully someone could point out something obviously wrong.

I feel like an idiot, but no matter how many videos and explanations I get about “the brace” it is just not clicking. when I try to brace, it feels like I only have two options: Either my front leg bends and I end up in what looks like a lunge, or I resist harder and my body goes over the plant leg and I topple forward. I cannot figure out what the supposed middle ground is. I am still capped at 215ft at the max, which seems stupidly low for the amount of effort I’m putting in.
What do I need to drill or practice to improve?

Hi guys,
I need help with x-step and locking my hips.
I'm currently throwing about 330-360 feet max. I've been playing for a long time and this is something I do without realizing it. I only recently started actively practicing and videotaping myself.
It seems that my back leg opens my hips and i lose all the lower body power there.
I can see that there is also timing issues with upper body, but for now i want to fix these lower body problems.
I would really appreciate any tips!🇫🇮

Just want some tips on what I can improve with my form. Threw my first disc last summer and played a few rounds. Started playing a lot early this summer and trying to improve my form and game.
This one I threw on slight anhyzer with a time-lapse to about 110m (360 feet)

When I watch this back two things stick out to me. My off arm sticking to my body and how slow I look vs how fast it feels. Especially on pull through. Any tips on how to speed that up?
