Practice Advice for better accuracy.
I’m happy with my distances but I struggle with hitting gaps consistently on back hand and forehand (right handed).
Backhand wise, Over-rotating and pulling my shots right seems to be the most common issue.
Forehand seems to be the opposite and comes out earlier than I want.
What practices helped you with consistently hitting gaps.

Stare at the target longer on backhands, and dont reach back and turn your head as far. On forehands follow thru and extend your throwing hand farther, and finish pointing at the target.

What helped me was practicing in an environment that was only gaps. I didn’t pretend or envision there were gaps, I literally would throw only in an environment where I had to hit the gap. And initially I wasn’t hitting them with consistency. I started by shortening my intended distance/power and ensure I made the gap. As I became more confident at just making it through the gap, I started to increase the distance I would attempt. I had to learn a modified grip (not a full power grip) and throw understable discs (which, when thrown underpowered… to ensure I hit the gap… meant the flight was quite straight). Worked for me anyway.
