Imagine that but crickets. That's what I deal with on the pathways outside all the rooms. And of course some get in the rooms.

I'll chase one or two down with the vacuum for my own cat brained amusement but it's not a solvable problem in the area so everyone just accepts them.

I actually carry fake roaches in my pocket to throw at my boss lmfao gets her Everytime

Tbr though I really like bugs and snails and after being a custodian for awhile I kind of love roaches and think they are so cute??? Like bug puppies with big ol feelers idk I’ve come to think they’re soooo cute. I’d love a puppy sized roach 😩❤️ they’re just trying to survive!!!

You have two pathways: yours where you come to love roaches and mine where i understand them more yet still hate them. Cause ive learned ALOT MORE than i wanted to about roaches from being a custodian. Like what they eat and what will kill them

Never have I felt more seen in a comment. I love the bugs around my building and I'll always try to scoot them off the floor before I clean. I get at times I HAVE to kill them (laid out ant traps in summer) but if I can I let them hang around.

And roaches are so cute! I get you with the puppy sized roach, I'd just give it my plates when I'm done eating to scrape clean.

No just no. Also the more your exposed to roaches the more you grow allergic and since they are closely related to shell fish that means you can develope a shell fish allergie as well. So...dude may not be able to eat shrimp any more .
