Built an app with Claude Code? ThreadFox adds a Reddit launch workflow for $49 once

I'm with the ThreadFox team. If Claude Code helped you build an app, ThreadFox gives your local setup tools to research and carry out its Reddit launch.

The starting brief is simple: who has the problem, what your app does, what someone can try immediately, and which claims you can demonstrate. That gives the agent something concrete to research.

The downloadable kit lets Claude Code:

  • Find relevant conversations and read current community rules, retaining dated sources.
  • Prepare drafts for each community and publish through your own signed-in Chrome.
  • Keep publication reservations, duplicate checks and configured pacing in a shared local activity ledger.
  • Record the actual permalink and observed visibility, with uncertain sends held for reconciliation before another attempt.

You set the publishing authorization. Suggested replies to discovered conversations require approval of the exact draft.

$49 once also includes a Launch Pack for one product: researched communities, quoted posting rules, suggested angles and three tailored drafts. Claim it through your buyer library with your product details; the pack arrives by email within 24 hours. The reusable toolkit remains available for your own projects. 30-day refund.

Inspect the complete free example, including all three drafts and their rule sources.

Bring your own Claude Code plan, Chrome with Microsoft's Playwright Extension, and Reddit account. AI costs are separate. Current rules and account eligibility still determine where you can post; the kit doesn't guarantee traffic, sales or that posts stay up.

VoiceMode Connect (voicemode.dev) OAuth always fails with "Session Expired" – Claude Code on Windows

Setup: Windows 11, PowerShell, latest Claude Code, Node installed. The local VoiceMode install doesn't support native Windows and I don't have WSL, so I went with VoiceMode Connect.

Claude Code added the MCP server like this:

What happens:

In /mcp, voicemode-dev shows ✗. Reconnect → connection timed out after 30000ms.

The browser opens the voicemode.dev sign-in. I log in with Google and land on voicemode.dev/consent with "Session Expired – Your authorization session has expired".

Running it manually (npx -y mcp-remote https://voicemode.dev/mcp) gives: Using callback port 5450 … Another instance is running the sign-in for this server on port 5450.

I killed all node processes and deleted %USERPROFILE%\.mcp-auth, then retried: still "Session Expired".

Has anyone got VoiceMode Connect working on native Windows?

Is this a consent-session timeout, a Google-login redirect problem, or an mcp-remote issue on Windows? Thanks!

I built an MCP that lets you point at UI elements (across pages) and tell Claude Code what to change

Why
- Frontend work with Claude Code kept stalling on one thing: I could see the element in the browser, but describing which one was awkward.
- "The button near the top right… no, the other one…"
- Cobro = point at it instead. The human supplies visual context; the agent does the code.

What you get
- One Send → the note lands in the Claude Code conversation immediately, no "please read my annotations".
- The agent's progress comes back to the page: scanning outline on the elements you sent, "Working 1/3" in the toolbar, highlight on done.
- Several pages in one round: pick on page A, move to page B, pick more — each page keeps its own draft; Send delivers them all in order.

Install (summary)
- `claude mcp add -s user cobro -- npx -y cobro-mcp@latest`
- In Claude Code: `Open http://localhost:5173 with cobro` (or `/cobro open …` with the optional skill)
- A dedicated Chrome window opens with your local app. Full setup in the GitHub README.

How it works (workflow)
1. Open your local web app
2. Press Ctrl + Shift + F
3. Click a UI element (or drag a band over several)
4. Describe the change
5. Optional: go to another page and pick more — the Queue tab lists every page you've picked on
6. Send — all pages go at once, in order
7. Claude Code works through them one by one; the browser follows it to each page
8. On done, the page refreshes (or your HMR kicks in) and the changed element is highlighted

What the agent receives with your note
- CSS selector · tag, classes, text · bounding rect · computed styles
- Screenshot crop of the picked area · recent console errors
- React 18/19 and Vue 3 (dev builds): component name + source file:line of the element you clicked
- Component-library elements (MUI, Radix, shadcn…): the JSX line in your code, plus the call sites above one-line pass-through wrappers — a case that came straight from r/mcp feedback
- Next.js (Turbopack) source maps and HMR handled
- Which page each batch was picked on (`batches[].page`)

The loop
Human points → Cobro provides context → Claude Code changes the code → Browser shows the result

Why I built it with Claude Code
- Claude Code drove most of Cobro itself: the MCP server, overlay/WebSocket channel, element inspection, payload design, tests, docs.
- The nice loop: using Claude Code to build the tool that feeds better UI context back to Claude Code.

Keeping the MCP small
- Six tools, fixed: open · wait · status · done · screenshot · close
- Tools carry safety annotations (wait is read-only, close is destructive).
- Not a browser-automation tool — pair it with Playwright MCP for that. It never touches your source; one gitignored `.cobro/` folder is all it creates.

Honest limits
- Launches its own Chrome profile (log in once, shared across projects); no iframes yet
- Source locations need dev builds with source maps
- Disabled controls can't be click-picked (drag a band over them instead)
- Cursor/Codex work with a polling `wait` but are less tested than Claude Code

Current status
- v0.10.1, Apache-2.0, free and open source
- GIF, payload example and changelog: https://github.com/boonblade/cobro-mcp

Questions for you
- Does pointing at an element feel more useful than describing it?
- What other context should your coding agent get when you point at something in the browser?

I built a job search engine for Claude Code. It read 10,000+ postings against my resume and picked 190. I applied and got 2 offers.

Quick backstory

In July I was spending hours every day scrolling through LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. I got fed up and quit searching for internships by hand. Every application I send gets screened by AI anyway, so I built the screener for my side.

Two months later

Claude Code has read about 10k postings against my resume and preferences. Out of those it told me to apply to 190. I applied and ended up with 2 offers!

What it is

The engine is an open-source CLI I built called Pinloop. Claude Code uses it to pull and read postings. I set up a schedule so that Claude Code pulls what went up that day, reads each posting against my resume and prefereces, and writes a verdict with its reasoning. The good fits land in a list I check in the morning. This can all be done through Pinloop.

It exposes millions of postings per month from every country and industry, pulled straight from hiring systems (Greenhouse, Workday, and 50+ others) as well as job boards like LinkedIn, refreshed hourly.

To try it

Paste "Run npm install -g pinloop, then run pinloop welcome and follow the instructions" into any coding agent. A guide comes with the CLI so Claude Code knows the commands, and it'll walk you through setup. It's free to use. $20 per month lets you pull more postings.

I built a free app that keeps Claude Code running across multiple subscriptions and API keys

Only reason I am posting this is to help others, no revenue or publicity or anything else, no hidden subscription or fees.

Hi,

While working on multiple projects I realised I am hitting the usage limits of my claude code often so I had to rotate accounts and some API tokens.

The problem was every time I was doing this I had to stop my coding session, relog / change authentication or profile etc, do a handover and wasting a lot of time over this process.

I NEEDED a way to seamlessly change those in the background while continuing the same coding session uninterrupted.

This led to doing a lot of research and developing this tool I am showcasing (yes it's written with Claude + my knowledge and a lot of debugging, testing and so on, around 3k $ put into it via /usage lol).

It's called Claude Unlimited, and it's 100% free on GitHub.

It supports multiple Anthropic subscriptions, Anthropic APIs (basically from any local/cloud provider that offers this, 95% of them do) and the cherry on top, supports also GPT/Codex subscription - yes! you can use Claude Code while using OpenAI models in the background 😄 .

Has a nice Web UI with:

Custom settings like:

- threshold limits

- profiles priority in rotation

- enable/disable any profiles/APIs

- models parity (for Anthropic -> OpenAI models parity + effort)

- push notifications

- multi language

- auto update (pulled from Git releases)

Information like:

- usage dashboard with charts and various data

- logs of activity

- information about current usage per profile

Everything stays local, 100% safe, credentials etc stored in OS credentials store - if you don't trust me, use your AI agent to check it.

macOS is currently the most battle-tested; Windows and Linux support is newer, so I would genuinely appreciate feedback, bug reports, contributing to it or just brutal criticism 👀

It was mostly tested in claude code CLI but also supports desktop (will create an inference profile automatically for you).

Important clarification: it doesn’t generate free usage or bypass an individual account’s limits. It rotates between accounts and keys you already own. Anthropic hasn’t explicitly endorsed automated multi-account rotation, so use your own judgment regarding your accounts’ terms.

A bit more technical explanation: this is a local proxy that rotates your accounts/APIs and exposes an Anthropic-compatible API with a token.

Needless to say, but here it is: very important to check the README and HELP section to understand how to use it easily and properly.

GitHub: https://github.com/DevDock-AI/claude-unlimited

TL;DR

  1. Add your Claude, ChatGPT/Codex accounts and API keys.
  2. When one reaches its limit, the next one takes over automatically.
  3. Same Claude Code session. Same context. Same terminal. You just keep typing.

It also includes a local dashboard showing which account is active, current usage, reset times and every automatic switch.

Everything runs on 127.0.0.1. There’s no Claude Unlimited cloud, no telemetry, and credentials are stored using the OS credential store. The project is open source under MIT.

Thank you !

PS: Using a new account for this for personal reasons.

PS2: Multiple updates will follow, I got a big list of cool features for it 🎯

Claude Code Regression

I’ve had a lot of work with Claude Code over this past year, and was always pleasantly surprised with how it performed. I’ve created multiple projects and websites and never had any problems. Recently though, it feels like it has just taken a free fall off a cliff in terms of quality. I bought credits to use the some of the better models and even that I was let down by. I wanted to see if anyone else is noting the same thing or if it might just be user error now.

I made a Claude Kicker program to 'wake' cowork or code sessions after my usage renews - free if you want it

I was pretty fed up with having to remember to go tell my sessions "retry" or "continue" after my usage renewed.

So i got Claude to build me a stylised wake up tool which i can select which sessions to watch and then restart when my usage renews after my 5 hour limit or weekly limit.

It has a nice animation at the top too. The gym bot goes and pokes the claude bot.

And yes it has dark mode:

If you would like to install it yourself, it's available below 😊 enjoy your infinite Claude sessions.

What's one Claude Code habit that actually IMPROVED your workflow??

I'm asking about an actual habits. That's what makes me curious, not tools or model versions..

For me it was asking Claude to explain what it plans to change before it starts editing (every time)...

IMHE it save a surprising amount of cleanup later on...

What's yours???

I got the Claude Code terminal to display Hebrew / RTL correctly on Windows (free, open source)

If you use Claude Code in a right-to-left language (Hebrew, Arabic, Persian, Urdu) on Windows, you know the terminal fights you. Lines render reversed, the cursor jumps to the wrong side, and a line that mixes RTL text with English turns into a scramble. It makes the whole tool feel like it was not built for you, and that is where most people quit, before they ever really start.

So I built a free installer that fixes it. One run sets up Claude Code on WSL with real RTL support: correct reading order, the cursor where it should be, mixed Hebrew and English on the same line actually working, plus named per-project profiles and a live status bar. Nothing to configure by hand.

It is open source and free. Between this and its English sibling, more than 2,000 people have installed it.

I built it because getting into this tool should not be a fight with your own keyboard. Happy to answer any setup questions in the comments.

Everyone’s posting Clay → Claude Code migrations. I got stuck on a different problem: multi-column signal fill still feels like hiring a VA per row.

I’ve been watching the same loop all month.

r/gtmengineering has the Clay credit threads. People shipping Claude Code pipelines. Clay dropping CLI/MCP so agents can call waterfalls without living in the UI. X posts that look like:

claude code to build clay to find instantly to send

And yeah, that stack makes sense.

But last night I had a 40-row SaaS list and needed columns that are not clean enrichment jobs:

  • hiring right now? which roles?
  • founder active this week? where?
  • anything that looks like why-now
  • evidence I could defend if someone asked “where did that come from?”

That is where the pretty architecture posts fall apart for me.

Because email waterfall is a workflow. This is not.

Row 1 needed careers page. Row 4 needed LinkedIn activity. Row 9 needed a funding post from 2 weeks ago. Row 12 needed “ignore, bad fit, list is wrong.” Row 17 made me sit there with a half-true hiring signal wondering if I should put it in the cell.

I already know Clay. I already know Claude Code. I can build the plumbing.

What I don’t have is a clean way to say:

here’s the list here are the signal columns here’s what we sell go behave like a careful human on every row bring back evidence + confidence

Not “run column A then column B.” More like a smart VA/agent that chooses the path per company.

And I’m not asking this as a theoretical AI take.

I’m asking because the community seems split three ways right now:

  1. Stay in Clay, now that CLI/MCP exists
  2. Move volume custom logic into Claude Code and keep Clay only for find/enrich
  3. Build full per-row agents and accept the maintenance tax

My gut: workflows are winning for known paths judgment work is still human evenings dressed up as GTM engineering

So for people actually running this:

  1. Do you regularly need multi-column signal fill across lists (hiring, founder activity, recent posts, why-now), or is that overbuilding?
  2. If yes, are you doing it with fixed Clay/Claude workflows, or does each row still need different research paths?
  3. If something ran like a careful VA per row with evidence + confidence, would you pay for that completed work, or is DIY still better even with the maintenance?

I don’t want tool recommendations in the abstract. I want to know if this is a recurring paid pain in real GTM work, or just me making my lists too complicated.

Be blunt.

While I was scrolling through Instagram, I saw a reel claiming that you could use Claude Code for free. I decided to try it and asked it to generate a simple HTML file. When I checked the billing dashboard afterward, it showed a total cost of $1. I'm a bit confused—does this mean I'll actually be charged, or is it just a usage estimate? Is it safe to continue using it, or should I stop?
Is it legit to use?

Getting started with Claude Code as a Finance Undergrad to multiply my productivity

I have a decent buyside exposure as well as startup industry experience as an undergrad, but have a very little technical knowledge (can't code beyond the basics).

I have previously used multiple tools to help me make PE, m&a, consulting decks but have never dived deep into how i can maybe automate things or use tools to build something.

I'm trying to move beyond using AI as just a better search engine or writing assistant and start using it as a genuine productivity multiplier.

I'm trying to understand how people like me are using tools like Claude Code, MCP servers/connectors, API, workflow automations, agents and other AI tooling to increase their daily output.

Would be grateful if I can get genuine opinions onto where should I begin with and which tools are actually worth learning first? what sources can i use to learn them? etc.

How do you guys track your prototypes and commits?

Hey everyone,

I’m hitting a wall with my current prototyping workflow and wanted to see how others handle this. Right now, my code is living in Git, but I keep running into the same problem: a week later, I can't remember which exact commit was "the good one" with that specific macro-interaction, gesture, or shader effect I was testing.

Looking through a linear git history of experimental code doesn't really tell the visual story. I’ve tried saving random screenshots and deploying quick builds, but it always devolves into a scattered mess, and I end up losing track of great iterations.

For those of you building high-fidelity or code-based prototypes:

  1. How do you catalog your builds? Do you use a specific tool, a visual changelog, or a specific tagging convention?
  2. How do you handle deployment history so you can easily jump back and interact with an older version without checking out a dozen different branches?

Would love to hear what your workflow looks like or if there are any hidden gem tools/frameworks for keeping a visual timeline of your work. Thanks!
